Works great! My only wish is that I had known that the split king option has the ability to function in unison as a regular king. Had I known I would have gotten this sooner to use with my king mattress. Then once I was ready to use two twin xl mattresses, I would have been set for that option. As it was, I waited to be able to afford the bases, new mattresses and new sheets all at once. This has worked well since my wife and I use very different settings at night. I could do without the massage feature, but otherwise no complaints.

I purchased the Member's Mark Premier adjustable bed base in July of 2020. I have looked at lots and lots of mattresses and adjustable bases and this one is head-and-shoulders above those that are priced at furniture stores three times above the cost of this one and did not have half of it's features. This even will blue tooth to your phone and there is an app. You can still use your bed even if you cannot find your remote. It's is a heavy duty frame, very well made. There are 6 total legs which screw into the underside of the metal frame. Each leg is 12 inches long and comes apart in 3 inch increments for ease of height adjustment. It holds a total combined weight of 750 lbs. There is even a pillow flip at the top to help for watching TV. So smooth and quiet you cannot hear it move. I haven't seen anything anywhere else that came even close to the quality and price as Sam's Club Member's Mark.

Received shipment earlier than expected. There was some box damage on the corners of the box, but no identifiable damage to the actual bed base. Was quite heavy (had to move to a location in my apartment because the bed base was delivered several days before I got the gel-memory foam mattress. Setup was easy (it will take 2 people - guessing around 200 lbs). Have had several weeks now and can say it has met all my expectations. It's adjustment motors are quiet, nice backlit remote control, and the phone app worked as described. Have owned an L&P adjustable bed before that I paid north of $2200 many years ago, and can say this base surpasses that one (with the exception of the L&P "wallhugging" feature). Would have no problem recommend this base to family/friends. Time will tell if it is truly built to last.

This adjustable bed frame is wonderful. Can not believe the difference that it makes in getting a great night's sleep. Just a slight incline feet, legs and head. Just enough to make a little cradle. Now never wake up with stuff sore shoulders and neck. And don't get woken up by leg cramps either. Awesome purchase!

Was purchased for our 88 year old mom. This bed with the mattress sits lower than we would like. The legs are made with a heavy plastic that screws into each other to make the bed higher or lowered. We would like to make it higher but are not sure of the sturdy and safety of the frame if made even higher.

I purchased this adjustable base for my 83 year old mother who lives with us who has had six back surgeries. She was totally against an adjustable bed telling me that they were ugly and too expensive. I ordered it anyway and she loves it! It was easy to set up, but you will need two people to lift it. Ours is a queen size. My daughter and I put it together and it went right into her bed frame. I even can use her grab bar at the top of the bed. She was using six pillows to support her head, legs and feet. Now she only needs one for her head. I love that with the touch of one button it will go back to the original bed position for me to get her out of bed. I wish we would have bought this years ago.

For what I paid it was a very good purchase. I could have paid twice as much and got a better quality, but I didn't want to pay that much. I love the zero gravity option and reading in bed is much easier now. The vibration is a little loud but for the price, I am very happy. I am enjoying my new adjustable very much.

Really enjoying this adjustable bed. Will never go back to a non adjustable bed. It was so easy to set up. And the fact that I can use my iPhone or iPad Bluetooth connection to adjust the bed is a great feature. I’m also enjoying the massage feature. Helps after doing workout.

Arrived in good shape. It is heavy and takes two people to get it setup. Functions well but our new mattress has not arrived yet so we haven't used the functions on it yet. Old mattress actually sleeps more comfortable than with the old box. Can't wait to see how it will work with our new Beautyrest hybrid.

Motor broke within 3 months. Within 3 months of purchase, the cable that connects to one of the motors had come unsoldered and is unable to be fixed. It was a lot of grief and moving the heavy frame around to try to troubleshoot. Sam's Club will take the frame back for return or replacement, but then I have to pay people (again) to move the heavy frame up stairs. I still have the broken frame because I can't decide whether to exchange it, wondering if I'll get another defective one.
