I've had my bed for 2 months now & I love it. I will never go back to a regular flat bed... My only concern is that after only 2 months of daily use it went nuts on me. When I hit the button to raise or lower the foot area starts and stops and starts and stops... I can live with that... BUT, now the massage feature comes on randomly and ypu can't shut it off right away. It scared the daylights out of me lol... Imagine being sound asleep & being awaken by the vibrating bed. I thought the house was shaking & it was an earthquake lol... I didn't read anyone else with a similar issue on here. Maybe my foundation is the only one doing this. I will be sending this one back and exchanging it. I like it enough to give them another shot.

Remote and bed wouldn’t pair. Owner’s manual did not match online version or the instructions given on the phone. It spoke of pushing the learn button on the motor, with a light indicating pairing. Then pressing the the learn button on the remote within two seconds. There were no buttons on the motor. (The picture on the included instructions and the picture on the online instructions were different.) There were two openings, no buttons or light indicator. The customer service rep I spoke with in the phone, said you needed a paper clip or pin to double click the learn button on the motor (similar to what to have to do to remove a SIM card from a cell phone). A new motor and remote were sent within 3 days and a technician came to my home and installed the new motor along with pairing the remote. The technician had to redo the wiring layout. When installed the same as the old motor, the foot wouldn’t raise, and the Zero G didn’t work. After multiple tries while using the remote, everything worked fine. He mentioned the new motor installed the opposite of the original.

The first bed frame had legs that went in nicely. The second bed frame not so lucky... I need to retap the frame hole to accept the leg screw. Those two holes are too small for the screw in legs, no of them fit... So I got to go to the hardware store etc....

This base is about 50-75% cheaper than the base from name brand bed stores. It also has more functions. Set up was simple, but you do need two people because of the weight. Likely going to buy a second base for our guest room bed. Love the four USB plugs (two each side).

Buy this base! Do not hesitate. My husband has had blood clots in his leg and had to put pillows to elevate his legs. But wow this base is awesome. We just elevate the foot to comfort. And he also has GERD. Elevate your head as few inches and it’s life changing. It’s also has USB plugs and vibrates!! The price is the best I’ve seen. Came fast!!

so far so good and by far the best price with a 10 year guarantee, at least that's what it said. Have only had it for a week. the massage has three settings and is rather loud. I love that the remote lights up when a button is pushed and the zero g i find relaxing before bed. I feel like it is a luxury that I didn't need, but it is better than a box spring that lifts your bed so high you can't get in. The best feature is that I can have my bed lower.

I love it! It is like a queen size recliner. I wanted a bed that allowed me to sleep with my head elevated due to heart burn, it helps! I have a problem with my leg and spend a lot of time with my leg elevated the bed works great. It is more comfortable to read in bed now. One only problem is my sheet comes off at the top but I can live with it.

This bed is a god sent from the moment I set it up and I slept in it that evening I have been able to sleep soundly. I have a few medical problems where I could not get comfortable sleep on any mattresses I was beginning to give up hope. I saw this frame and mattress in Sam’s Club and decided to give it a try. This is high quality. It has many more features than other adjustable bases at half the cost. The pillow tilt feature is ideal for reading, watching tv. The variety of positions is great for me back issues. Massage and nightlight are nice to have as well. The light is very soft so it doesnt disturb you, and its under the bed.

This adjustable bed frame is wonderful. Can not believe the difference that it makes in getting a great night's sleep. Just a slight incline feet, legs and head. Just enough to make a little cradle. Now never wake up with stuff sore shoulders and neck. And don't get woken up by leg cramps either. Awesome purchase!
