Way too lean! It grills up ok but not enough fat in it which makes it tasteless and tough!

Makes good burgers, use in red sauce for spaghetti or pizza sauce, manwich, taco meat or anything you use ground chuck for.

I've bought this meat for years but the last few times it taste horrible. Sadly I will not be buying this again, the taste is definitely concerning.
