The meat did not have much fat so in that it was good but the texture feels different from I’m use to?

Can't keep around. Family always love the tacos, burritos and nachos. If we have some left overs it is gone by the end of the day. Lol

My first choice in ground beef! When cooking, there is little grease or water in the pan. Especially love it for meat loaf because of that!

This is the only hamburger I buy. It's lean and it's priced as inexpensive as that fatty stuff at regular grocery stores when it's on sale.

Lean enough to be good and just enough fat to keep the meal moist. Great burgers, meatloaf and spaghetti meatballs or meat sauce.

I have to say there’s a competition between here and a local grocery store but since they offer for the best deal in bulk, Sam’s is where I go

I always divide it up and freeze. I notice that the butchers always add more to the pack which is really nice.
