Reasonable price, more fat content than I like to buy, but with prices are going up all over the place something has to give.

Opening the package, the meat smelled terrible. It wasn't tainted as far as I could tell, just didn't smell very good. Good thing we bought this for our dog.

This meat has a bad taste to it. I ended up throwing it out after cooking about a 1/4 of it. I buy in bulk and separate into freezer bags. Food is too expensive to be throwing out but I didn't want to be sick

Company of friends was not very enthused with the taste of hamburgers on the grill. Used the product the day after bought and added just salt & pepper. Very disappointed... will not buy again

I was very disappointed in the ground chuck I purchased. I found a bone and this is the second batch of meat I have found a bone in. That’s really pretty dangerous.

Sam's Club ground beef is better than my local grocers. Quality meat at less than the grocery store price. Thanks Sam's for offering superior products at fair prices.

They use to sell this at 90% lean and then one day it was down to 88% . I guess that's not much of a difference. This meat is good as far as ground beef goes. The quality is good and the price is always better than anywhere else in town.

I picked up this meat up yesterday1/20/26. I picked it up 1/22/26. It went immediately in the refrigerator. It was cold when I got it out 1 day later so I know my refrigerator is not the reason it turned gray after one day. Besides my refrigerator is a little over a year old. It says it was due to not be sold after 1/23/26. I hardly think the stop sell date was just 3 days after it was processed. Hum… I watched the girl who put it my car drop it on the ground and then pick it up and put it in my car. I don’t think that is the reason it went bad in 1 day, but I thought it was just bad. See picture. I tried to upload a picture of the gray meat but got an error message.

I only buy Member's Mark 88/122 Fat Ground Beef. This is a multi pound package that I like to break down into 1 pound packages. It freezes and defrosts well. It tastes so fresh and always has a good color. I use it for hamburgers to chili and always have great results cooking with it.
