The weight of the chopped meat in the actual package is never the same as the weight that is marked on the package. The package i bought was marked as 4.99 pounds but was actually only 4 lbs when I weighed it at home. I was unable to get the money back for the difference between the pounds. In addition there seems to be more fat in the meat than the percentage amount said on the package.

I picked up this meat up yesterday1/20/26. I picked it up 1/22/26. It went immediately in the refrigerator. It was cold when I got it out 1 day later so I know my refrigerator is not the reason it turned gray after one day. Besides my refrigerator is a little over a year old. It says it was due to not be sold after 1/23/26. I hardly think the stop sell date was just 3 days after it was processed. Hum… I watched the girl who put it my car drop it on the ground and then pick it up and put it in my car. I don't think that is the reason it went bad in 1 day, but I thought it was just bad. See picture. I tried to upload a picture of the gray meat but got an error message.

Fairly good ground beef. Pricey still with all beef but when you want it you will pay for it.

Value has gone down. Grisle and bone fragments are in the meat.

This was enough to eat some that night and freeze the rest.

Smelled horrific like a chemical when opened.

Five stars because it gives me pleasure to spend less money for more quantity.

Meat is fresh and great, just wish it didn't cost an arm and a leg.
