I have to keep throwing away all my fruits and vegetables because they end up freezing. It freezes everything else. The fridge temp is at the highest but still continues to freeze. There is nothing blocking the airways in the back. The refrigerator itself is nice and beautiful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let's start with the design Cool modern sleek design it claims finger resistant stainless steel so to test their claim I would rest my whole hand on the door. Take it away and then look for my big hand print. unfortunately after testing this multiple times I could not find my prints I'm impressed! It's like it has a slick coating over it which also makes it easy to clean without leaving streaks. The fridge side keeps food cold evenly regardless of where you put an item this is where the fridge won me over every other fridge I have had always seems to have warm spots and cold spots for instance fridge doors usually never keep milk or juices cold enough or if you put items to the back of the fridge its likely to freeze the item With the Samsung I never had that problem and when looking for items that is no problem because the led lighting leaves no shelf dark everything is bright almost to bright actually would be great if you could adjust the brightness or if it had a sensor to adjust based on room brightness but that is minor. the fridge seems to swallow up everything and still leave room for more I really like side by side fridges because everything can be organized much better especially on the freezer side ice cream on one shelf frozen pizza on another and the ice maker doesn't take up half the space it just makes it easier to find something versus having to dig for it. I totally recommend this Samsung side by side fridge it looks fantastic it performs fantastic and the capacity is fantastic whether you have a big family or just you or two and will be sure to get praises at your next gathering

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge has more space inside than expected. The lights are nice and gright so I can see things way in the back behind my leftovers. This is our first stainless appliance as we were concerned about cleaning with small children. As our kids are older now we decided to try it and we are suprised at how easy it is to keep fingerprints off the surface of this fridge. I am confused as the the "smart" featurs of this fridge, it seems expensive and excessive to add wifi and an app to just be able to change the temperature of the fridge and freezer. We typically just set the temp when we get a new fridge and never touch it again. . I only have 2 small complaints about this fridge, the shelves are fixed so I can't rearrange them when needed and I feel they should include a sccop for the ice maker, we are just using and old plastic measuring cup currently.

Refrigerator died after 1.5 years from date of purchase due to a failure of the sealed system. Samsung is trying to claim that the refrigerator is out of warranty even though their own warranty documents explicitly state that parts and labor of the sealed system are covered for 5 years. The only silver lining is that this is a fairly straightforward case for small claims court. Filed today and am expecting to get the prorated value of the refrigerator. I would highly recommend that all prospective buyers avoid Samsung products. In my experience, they are not built to last and Samsung will not honor their warranty agreements as written.

The smooth handless design offers a futuristic look, and the inside ice maker is simple and better than the thru-the-door set-up. So far, we are enjoying the additional cubic inches and the digital temperature display.

It is actually nice to have the extra room. The doors hold plenty and easy to open. More then enough space I am still learning more about it. I am sure I will find more things as time goes on. I am enjoying it and have had a few nice comments on it and wanted more information where to get on.

But once you start using this it is a perfect fridge for any home. * Simple 2 door fridge with a lot of shelves and side storage racks. * Ice tray is on the left top door. * Adjustable shelves. * 3 baskets in the fridge to keep vegetables and fruits. * Fridge controls are inside behind the right door. * You can also control the temperature through the Samsung app. App also send you alerts if a door is not properly closed or ice tray is not placed back correctly. * This is my second fridge to keep in the basement for parties. Racks are perfect to keep soda and beers. * Fast cooling option to get drinks ready for the parties in no time. ** There is no side rack on the left door so don't worry if you see space there no part is missing. Same for the left side of the fridge as it looks like the basket is missing and the manual also shows like it has the basket but when you look at the actual colored pics on the site yous see there are no missing parts those slots are there so you can change the other shelves and rack to fir larger items.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this refrigerator a few weeks ago and I am so glad I did. I call it the clown fridge. It seems to have an unlimited amount of space. The large doors are great for all types of bottles and containers which saves so much space in the actual fridge. It is so quiet I have to open the door to check it's still running. So far it is a great purchase and the app is great in case anyone leaves the door open or there are other issues.

From the outside of the fridge you cannot tell just how much space is available inside. One of the best things is how quiet it is. The fridge I had before emitted a constant hum, but this Samsung fridge is almost silent. The ice maker works great too. Being able to use the smart things app is a plus as well. I have already told all my friends and family about this fridge, and I’m pretty sure my brother has one on order.
