Has never worked right. Freezer doesn't keep items frozen consistently. Tech came out replaced the mother board and some other stuff. Seemed to work fine for a bit. Now its out of warranty and stuff doesn't stay frozen. App says there is nothing wrong with it...... frustrating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new refrigerator. It is roomy and there is a spot for everything. The doors allow for storage gallons of milk and juice. The drawer hold a weeks worth of fresh produce. The shelves are larger and allow for easy access to everything. The icemaker is in the door which frees up an entire shelf in the freezer. It keeps up with the ice demand and we have quit buying bags of ice. There are enough shelves in the freezer that everything is organized and in plain sight. The only thing I would change is the ice access. We gave a designated scoop. I recommend this refrigerator for anyone who needs a new roomy refrigerator.

The smart feature is excellent, I can adjust the temperature using my phone. It also warns me if the door is left open. It works well as of now, but I think I'm missing the bottom freezer door shelf because none of the ones I have fit in that area. Will have to see how long this holds up.

My refrigerator is only 3 years old and I can’t get a new sensor. It’s useless

How do I get a replacement ice bucket for this model? I’ve been searching the internet and just can’t find one for this model. It’s wicked frustrating. Please help

I sent in a negative review on the refrigerator i bought last year. I didn't think that it would appear on the web site. I will not purchase another Samsung product.
