[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the design of this refrigerator, It's sleek and clean looking and I really like that it doesn't have a water dispenser. Our old refrigerator had a water dispenser and it was disgusting--there's just no way to wash them and so I'd rather use a filtered pitcher that I can wash. The only problem with this refrigerator is that we've lost power two times and each time the refrigerator does not turn back on. We have to wait for power to be restored, unplug the refrigerator and wait several minutes before plugging it back in. Our electric system is in perfect working order so I don't know why this would happen. Plus we never had this problem with our old refrigerator. We've been really lucky that we've been home when the power went out but this is really a huge problem if we have to worry about all our food rotting if we go out of town and the power goes out. I googled this problem and can't seem to find a solution. We put the refrigerator on a power strip with a surge protector and we're hoping this will fix it. If this doesn't work and we have to empty our fridge every time we travel, I will be very dissatisfied.

Is huge the high capacity is a plus in my house we are a big family, it have automatic In-Door Ice Maker, omg first time that I have a fridge that make ice really happy with that, door alarm, love the design very sophisticated and elegant, stainless still in black less fingers all over the fridge , the light inside is really bright, two drawers very big and includes wifi I downloaded an app that help me to control the temperature of my fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the minimalistic style of the fridge, the hidden handles are a great touch. As you can see from the photos, there's a ton of space. The LEDs are nice and bright in the fridge and freezer. Adding the fridge to my smart home was easy using the Smartthings app. You're also able to control the temperature and get alerts if the doors are left open, which is great if you have kids. I recommend turning on the power cool and power freeze settings in the app. The fridge reached the set temp within a few hours and the freezer took about a day to reach 0 degrees. Overall this is an amazingly sleek fridge that would look great in any kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this refrigerator. It has so much space inside. This is my first stainless steel appliance. You have to have really dirty hands to notice any fingerprints on it. I'm still adjusting the refrigerator temperature once in a while to get the perfect temperature. It cools really well. The ice maker is working great and making ice quickly. I haven't used the wifi much with it, just connected it and checked out the app a couple times. I'm glad I bought it. Hopefully I'll have it for many years.

This clean and stylish refrigerator makes the kitchen look much more modern and could really fit in with any decor. I really like the "hidden" door handles that enhance the clean look. Lots more space than my last refrigerator in about the same footprint thanks to the counter-depth design. And it includes plenty of adjustable shelves to customize the cold storage space. I also really like the door alarm that alerts me if the door has been open for more than two minutes. It's very helpful if the door was left ajar. And the anti-fingerprint surface is great! I've had other stainless appliances that show every fingerprint and smudge and this refrigerator's finish is very forgiving in that department!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have 6 people in our home and finding items in the freezer was a nightmare! Now we can easily divide things by category. My mom loves organization! It also has an app so we can monitor the temp and our favorite....when the door is open! We have had fun yelling downstairs to close the fridge, which confused my Grandpa for about a week how we knew he was in there!! It's also has an alarm that goes off after 2 mins of the door being open! We are also able to set the temp of the fridge and freezer from our phones!! You can also remotely do a "Power Freeze" and "Power Cool" which is fantastic if you lose power an aren't home. You can monitor temp and do a faster cool down of needed, once power is back on. Another thing I love is how effortless and quietly the drawers open and close!! The lightning is magnificent! It illuminates the entire inside so you don't have dark areas and helps you to easily locate your items. The fingerprint resistant doors do seem to smudge and leave spots, marks but it is "resistant ", not "fingerprint proof". The design is sleek and modern which makes it the highlight of our older kitchen, but fits in perfectly and classes the place up. Oh, also, it is sooooo quiet! My family and I are loving our new refrigerator. Samsung has done it again!

The delivery company removed the old refrigerator with no problems. The side-by-side is beautiful, bright, and easy to set the temperatures. 9/22/2021- As we adjust to our new appliance we continue to be satisfied with the features of the Refrigerator. The temperature control settings were easy to program. The alarm when the door is not shut tight saved me a bad situation. One recommendation I would make is to have adjustability of the door shelves on the freezer side. As appliances need to be replaced, I will continue to look first at Samsung products.

I have a French door Fridge as well, but they just don't compare to a normal side by side for ease of seeing what's in your Fridge and having bigger items stored without moving shelves. It is a perfect beer and frozen foods Fridge overall. I love the smart things app because I can check to see the temp without actually having to go outside and I know if someone accidentally left the door open because the alarm sounds off, which is super convenient. It stays frosty cold and the light is super bright to help me see in the dark garage. I can see everything in the fridge because the lights are bright from top to bottom, which helps when it starts to get full. Most importantly, the outside looks great. The stainless steel doesn't show fingerprints, which I thought was impossible, but you really don't see fingerprints. 10/10 would recommend it!
