First I purchased a Maytag, remembering the lonely Maytag man because their products worked so well the never needed to call a repairman in. That is not the case in 2021, I had my Maytag for less then 1 month and was told that the store will schedule one repair and Maytag the other. Found this Samsung on Sam's Club, purchased it and have been in heaven every since. The space is much more then I imaged, after a month I have had no frost develop in the freezer and it is just all around beautiful. Freezer is is plentiful as well, the shelves set further back so you can put more inside. If you are thinking about getting this don't be afraid to take a chance, you will not regret it

I bought this refrigerator on June 3rd 2024. With a promise of delivery by June 14th. It is now July 8th and still no refrigerator!!!! We have been living out of coolers for over a month now. Every call to Sam's for help they put you on hold and never come back. Do not buy a appliance from Sams because they don't DELIVER

We bought all new appliances 4 package 7 months ago. Our dishwasher was junk from the start. Now our refrigerator/freezer has completely stopped working and we lost all of our food. To top it off they can’t send a repairman for 4 days. I will never again purchase anything from Samsung!
