[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our induction range. The best feature is the cleanability. After having glass top electric ranges that would get burned in stains, scratches, etc... this induction cooktop is easy to keep as clean and good as new, both because of the matte finish and whatever coating is on it, as well as the fact that the cooktop remains relatively cool and doesn't burn things into it. Everything works flawlessly. I actually miss it quite a bit, we moved after having it for only a few months, but our tenants report that they love it just as much as we do. The smart features are great as well, its saved us a time or two when our kids forgot to turn the oven off. :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this range but I probably should have just went with a cheaper one without the air fry or smart/wifi features as these features aren't very helpful. The smart capabilities only allows you to set the timer and what you want to preheat the oven to but it won't start preheating until you physically go and push start on the oven. And then with the air fry feature, I've learned is no different than convection except the convection fan maybe spins a little faster? I'd go with a cheaper version of this range that is convection but not air fry and wifi capable to save a couple hundred dollars on features that don't really make any difference.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this model to replace an older Samsung that was similar but had a warming drawer. The first model we received we had to immediately send back because it made a buzzing sound behind the controls. This happened shortly after using it and then early the next day. The replacement unit has not had any issues. I tried to adjust the settings of the range from the mobile app but it is pretty limited. The one item I wanted to see on the app is the ability to change the volume of the notifications on the range. That is not possible.

We had to replace out 11 year old unit and went with this from the reviews and recommendation from Consumer Reports. The oven heats up really quick. The stove has multiple burners that are adaptable to a variety of skillets and pans. Highly recommend this oven and range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this model a month ago and are very pleased with it. The simmer burner is great for keeping a pot of stew at just the right temperature.The large front burner is great for melting most metals to cast small objects, but a bit large for most pots, although the 20 quart and 32 quart pots do well on it. Our major complaint is that the griddle is very slippery. Fried eggs tend to skip off onto the stove when trying to turn them. Be careful when using the timer while baking. If you push the "OFF" button to turn the timer off, you will also shut off the oven. Use the "TIMER OFF" button by holding the "TIMER" button for 3-4 seconds. That way the oven will continue to run. Learned this the hard way when the quiche would not brown.

Aesthetically speaking, I love this range and it fits perfectly into my kitchen. However it wasn't long into owning it we found the downfall with the touch pad for the oven. The buttons rarely work when needed and we end up having to triple clean the entire face in order to *perhaps* have the buttons work. It's frustrating and I would go out of my way to not recommend this oven purely due to this major flaw. The front double burner works to extremes along the lines of heating and is more problematic than helpful with temperature inconsistencies.

Purchased in June of 2024. Today, I placed my dinner in a saucepan on the stove top and set the temp on lowest setting. I went into another room to work and in about 20 minutes I could smell a strong odor of the food. I immediately went to the stove and the food was boiling. I immediately checked the temp setting and it was on low.

We moved in to a home two years ago with this appliance brand new. The stickers and plastic were all in tact and the appliance never used. The top cracked with two pots on low on the burners. We've never dropped anything on the top and there is no reason this damage should have occurred. Samsung only warranties the top for one year and wouldn't honour it regardless considering I'm the second owner. Apparently they make ovens that are only good for two years.... You're on your own if it breaks and the replacement is half the value of the oven. Ridiculous

I have had this range for nearly a year and I don't like most of what it has to offer. Like another reviewer, I have had issues with burners set to low deciding to overheat and burn whatever I was cooking. You need to constantly be there watching, which no one has any time to do. This obvious design issue is a safety hazard. I am on the verge of replacing this oven. I have 4 Samsung Bespoke appliances. I love the fridge and dishwasher. The stove and microwave/fan are useless.

This oven is awful. I've had it for only two years and the ignitor needed to be replaced a few months ago, no the gas input valve is leaking and will cost more than the oven is worth to fix. I purchased the bronze colored version, which started wearing off within the first month of ownership. Just really terrible all around and would never buy Samsung again.
