Horrible build quality.
I have owned this oven for approximately 6 months now and it is the worst appliance I have ever bought. The stovetop wears extremely easily, you can’t even move a pot on or slide one onto without leaving lasting marks. The knobs are from low to high with 8 numbers between and even on 2-3 it burns or boils everything. The oven door gets extremely hot and is of poor quality for venting. And lastly the touch screen takes a lot of convincing to get some of the buttons to work. I wish I had never bought this and kept my broken 17 year old stove which we liked better.

Love My New Range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only is this a slick looking range but it has some great features. I love the 2 self cleaning options, both steam and standard cleaning works for whatever messes you might have. I like the warming burner which comes in handy when cooking multiple dishes. Like the option to do standard baking or convection baking. I've tried both and both options cook just as well with convection requiring less heat and time for what dishes i tried. The only thing i don't like is that the left small burner doesn't seem to get very hot. i almost always have to cook on hi on that burner while on the right side even lowest setting can get really hot. I know this has a lot to do with the pans I use because if i use the induction cookware it's easier to control the heat. But when i use thinner pans like the standard name brand skillet then they tend to get to hot to quick. Overall I do love my new range. Wouldn't buy any other brand.
Love the Cooktop

I love the ease of cleaning and the other features, different size cooking elements, warming element and its Bluetooth. who would think you could control the stove with your phone. absolutely love it
Deeply Regret Buying this Range
As an experienced home cook, this is by far the worst range I have ever owned. The burners are inconsistent and defective — they heat unevenly and unpredictably, causing food to burn, something that is not typical for me. Twice I have ended up with completely burnt rice due to burners being defective- I've been making rice on the stovetop for 20 years and this has never happened to me. For anyone who takes cooking seriously, this alone makes it unacceptable. The design choices make it clear this product was built for looks, not functionality. There is a deep crevice running across the front of the range that constantly traps crumbs and grease and is nearly impossible to keep clean, even with specialized tools. You also can’t hang a dish towel off the handle, something that should be a simple convenience in any kitchen. The racks are too small to fit two half-sheet pans side by side, which all my previous ranges were able to do. And the oven control button is placed in a way that makes it easy for small children to press and fiddle with, not to mention you need to press it a total of 4 times just to start the oven, which seems excessive. Overall, I deeply regret investing in this product. It may be fine for someone who cooks rarely, but for avid or serious cooks, it’s simply not functional. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Almost a perfect gas range!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Almost a perfect gas range! High heat on the front two burners. Don't use the simmer burner very much. We use the center griddle all the time. I wish it were cast iron and a little bit more low-profile and narrow. It is hard to use sauté pans on the front side burners while heating up tortillas on the center griddle. Haven't nailed down the Air Fryer. Needs a little more time than our countertop air fryer. The stove is fantastic. With a few tweaks, it would be perfect.
Smart things air frying oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I love the oven. Great air fryer. Love the self clean option. Easy to clean glass surface. Preheats quickly. Love the easy clock feature and love the timer. The keep warm feature is a plus and the warming center has been awesome as well.
This Oven Is Awesome - Especially The Air Fryer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this oven, especially the Air Fryer component. I'm still in the learning phase because the instructions that came with the oven don't go into detail as explicitly as I would like. But, I cooked a whole chicken in the Air Fryer yesterday and it came out a beautiful golden brown, the skin was real crispy and the meat was so tender and juicy. I don't know why I've waited so long to get onboard with the Air Frying Generation!
Love features

In my opinion this is a great option for those looking for a mid-range to upper range style stove.
Samsung Stainless Steel Stove
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stove is beautiful but the issue is there is no actual users manual to figure the setup of the clock especially since there is no clock button. Once you figure out that you need to connect to Wi-Fi, then the clock gets set. This stove should come with a manual for the setup be made easier.
Not what I'd expect from Samsung
If you want the stove top to continue looking nice, you can't cook on it because you can't clean it. I used a razor on all my old stoves to scrape up tough spills, but you can't even use a green scrubbie on this stove. I tried and now it's scratched. I've tried every chemical on the market, hoping to clean the cooktop that way, but the grease bubbles and scratches are now a permanent feature of the stove. Also, the oven igniter keeps going out.
