Best choice for home cooking and canning .. yes, i peel them all at once, mince them in my ninja device and then flash freeze on a parchment lined sheet pan. A 1" x 1" cube of minced garlic is convienent to break off, then use in recipes. Usually when i can my basic tomato sauce i will use up the entire bag and then some depending on my canning intent.

Great price for a bag of garlic 🧄 this size. This is way cheaper than buying garlic 🧄 by the pound. There wasn’t a single spoiled garlic 🧄 bulb in the bag. I’ve had this bag for a couple of weeks and have not had any bulbs spout in the bag yet that I can see.

Finally garlic that is firm and fresh , not old or rotten! I kept buying from another reputable locations that sold in bags as well, so it was hard to tell but I constantly had to throw half the batch or return to the store. I can’t believe I’m reviewing garlic !!! But that’s how often the other happened.

This garlic bag is great because I use garlic often and fresh is best. The only downside is I found a few bulbs in the middle of the bag were rancid so I had to toss them. I have a garlic mesh saver to help preserve them so I can enjoy them. Good quality!

I like buying garlic in bulk since it makes it easier to prep a large amount at one time. I was disappointed with batch I received as every bulb had a dried out discolored center cloves and each also had at least 3-4 other cloves that were unusable. In the future, I will inspect the product closely upon receiving to ensure I have less wasted during my processing.

I picked up this item directly from the store, but unfortunately, it was already starting to rot. It was clear that the product wasn’t fresh and had likely been sitting on the shelf for too long. I expected better quality and attention to stock rotation from the store. This experience was disappointing and made me hesitant to trust the freshness of other items in the future. I’d recommend inspecting items thoroughly before leaving the store

I prefer the unpeeled garlic now over the peeled because it lasts longer than the peeled garlic. It is a pain having to peel before use. But what I do now is before I need to use it, I peel about 5-6 bulbs then replenish it ea time I use so that it’s always ready before I need it. When I had the peeled bag I couldn’t finish it all before it went bad in 2 wks. Whereas now with the peeled bag, I can have it longer than 2 weeks. The drawbacks is that sometimes you’ll have bad molded or dried up cloves which is hard to see in the bags.

Like that they are actually big in size vs. Small.
