This is a really good potting soil compared to other more expensive brands, I would much rather have this brand for the cost than the name brand. The soil looks as good as if not better than the name brand. It is rich and the perfect consistency. I can’t wait to pot my tomato plants in this. Still a little too early for that though.

Bought one bag earlier this year -- had the typical "Miracle Grow" look with Vermilucite particles and small workable soil mixture. Last 2 bags I bought had the consistency of compost that we buy at the local nursery. Not a nice mixture that lends to use in potting seedlings. I have purchased 10 more bags, and have found the same compost type mixture in at least one (have not used the others yet)---Might take them all back and dish out the extra $5.00 per bag for real Miracle Grow.

This potting mix is very dark with some bark mixed in. It is moist but not overly wet. There are great instructions that you can read easily so that you use it correctly. The bag is durable and doesn't tear apart easily. I love that you can use it on your indoor as well as outdoor plants!

We absolutely loved this potting mix. it has what looks like pearlit mixed into the soil. We immediately started repotting our new plants and the feel is definitely much better than other soils. Can be used for indoor and outdoor plants and has a moisture management technology to have even watering. It says it feeds for up to 6 months so I have high hopes for less repotting maintenance.

It's early spring and I bought this mix for transplanting small seedlings into 6 packs to grow on before planting in my garden. Bark pieces were too plentiful and large enough that there was no room left in many cells to delicately place seedlings into the small cells with this potting mix. There were also long sticks and I even found some plant stems that were still green. Some seedlings have died and many more look pitiful and probably won't live. I am not a novice and have never had such terrible results. I thought the price was good but it will end up being very expensive.

I needed to repot several house plants so I was excited to try this potting soil. I used it for my indoor plants and I loved the consistently. This soil feeds for up to six months and has moisture management! Can't wait to use the remainder in the garden this year!

In the month of February I usually re-work my vegetable beds and my wife works over her roses and other flowering plants. We attempt to re vitalize all the soil at least every other year by mixing a good mix. We were grateful that this year there was an alternative than the normal Wallet breakers available. Of course only time will tell how effective it will be. We were amazed at how well the new potting mix blended in with the existing soil and does not come in clumps and chunks. It appears that the new product will change the time necessary for plants to put on better roots and hopefully better blooms and vegetables. Will update this in 3-4 months.

This is a quality looking potting soil. It is not too heavy which could make pots too much to carry. It spreads well and doesn’t pack too dense. Time will tell if it promotes good growth since I just planted with it but from all appearances it should perform fine.

Members mark professional quality potting mix is a great value for the price. I'm glad it is an indoor and outdoor mix I can use for all my potted plants. Seems like good quality soil and I won't have to feed my plants for up to six months which is great.
