You can use it for soups, tex-mex foods, cheese crisps, pizza, salads, eggs, and many other things. It is very mild and diverse. I love how simple the ingredients are as well! A very versatile cheese

The taste was delicious and was like restaurant quality if I do say so myself. I will be buying again but don't have to worry anytime soon as the package will last a while. Only 2 weeks til expiration on the bag I purchased thru curbside pick up. Used only a portion of the bag within 4 days so I threw in the freezer, hope the consistency stays ok like other shredded cheeses do when frozen.
