Perfect melting cheese for all my prepared dishes, but make sure to use in timely order, it does tend to turn after a week and half

So sad that they changed brands, old stuff melted beautifully and was stringy and delicious. This stuff WILL NOT melt!!!! What is the point of quesidilla cheese if it won't melt!!! Please bring the old brand back!

Save your money and just buy the cheaper cheeses like the Kraft singles or members mark cheese. This cheese taste like salt and gelatin, to top it off it made me feel ill. Avoid it like the plague
