I've bought this cheese previously and melted really good for quesadillas and enchiladas but this bag doesn't melt. It heats up but doesn't melt. Disappointed!

Save your money and just buy the cheaper cheeses like the Kraft singles or members mark cheese. This cheese taste like salt and gelatin, to top it off it made me feel ill. Avoid it like the plague

This cheese used to be nice and melted fast… now is like plastic and it doesn’t melt sans needs to tell the distributor that we are not happy about this cheese. I’m returning the bad

The queso in the red bag was great. This new one in the green bag is terrible. The cheese does not melt. It doesn't melt if you put it in a bowl and it doesn't melt if you mix it with other ingredients. Very poor quality.

This is the best cheese ever. Once my family and I tried it we haven't been without it.
