Great for quesadillas and enchiladas!

Hands down some of the most delicious and authentic Mexican melting cheese I’ve ever had. I am lactose and I risked it all just to try it and I gotta tell you it was a grueling week but I would double dose on my lactose pills next time I buy it. Scrumptious!

We happen to walk by and they were offering quesadillas as one of the samples. Normally spending $10 on cheese is not something I would do but it was too good not to resist!! My girls have made tacos, nachos, quesadillas and even added to their baked potatoes

This cheese melts great when cooking with it. Good texture and flavor. My son lives on quesadillas and this is the only cheese he eats.
