I ordered this for delivery. It came as a big clump as if it had been melted and re-chilled. Idk why my shopper would pick that one for me. It was completely unusable and had to be thrown away. It might be fine if you can pick out an unmelted one yourself at the store, but don't trust the delivery.

This cheese is greant for melting. Tastes great and is versatile to use in any dish that needs cheese. Mild flavor, not to sharp.

This melting cheese is decent, but it's not as good as the one they carried previously. I wish they would bring back the La Chona brand.
