Always a solid cheese! We usually split the bag and freeze the other half so it lasts longer, but cheese goes quickly in our household anyway! Solid taste and great melting cheese!

Excellent cheese! Great on anything really--not just quesadillas, tacos, etc. We used to purchase a mixed cheese, like Colby jack and cheddar, but eat this exclusively now.

The best cheese. It melts down easily, creamy and great flavor. I put it on everything. Cheesy rice, cheesy refried beans, I add it into my sourdough loafs, I even put it in the spinach dip from Sam’s. It’s delicious, I hope they never stop selling it. It lasts forever too. Definitely my favorite shredded cheese, and I’m picky about shredded cheese. I normally go for the block of cheese %26 freshly grate it at home, but this is my exception!

I ordered this for delivery. It came as a big clump as if it had been melted and re-chilled. Idk why my shopper would pick that one for me. It was completely unusable and had to be thrown away. It might be fine if you can pick out an unmelted one yourself at the store, but don't trust the delivery.

My family and I were huge fans of queso Chihuahua, but recently they changed the flavor and the packaging and now is not as good! Please make it how it was, if something ain’t broke, there’s no need to fix it. You can change the package but NOT THE FLAVOR.
