I would use it for enchiladas, quesabirria tacos, quesadillas, grilled cheese, tortas…and the list goes on. This cheese would melt so heavenly and it wouldn’t stick to my pan/comal whatsoever. BUT recently on my last 2 purchases i’ve had such a horrible experience the cheese wont MELT !!!!! I decided to give it try and once again it messed up My mother’s day dinner. cheese didn’t even melt !! this item?!?!?!?
