Best cheese. Great for all food, not just Mexican. Add to top of lasagna and it was perfect!

Perfect for quesadillas, melts easily and has a really good flavor. Paired with the Members Mark grilled chicken, it makes for really quick and easy quesadillas.

Will not buy again. Used about a quarter of the bag of cheese when I went to use it the next time more than half the cheese had turned green. Very disappointing never bothered to check the expiration date just put it in the trash. A complete waste of money. As far as attempting to return depending on who is working the returns at my local Sam's they make their own rules so I didn't bother.

The best cheese. It melts down easily, creamy and great flavor. I put it on everything. Cheesy rice, cheesy refried beans, I add it into my sourdough loafs, I even put it in the spinach dip from Sam's. It's delicious, I hope they never stop selling it. It lasts forever too. Definitely my favorite shredded cheese, and I'm picky about shredded cheese. I normally go for the block of cheese %26 freshly grate it at home, but this is my exception!

Buy this cheese! Though it is pricey, it goes a LONG ways and is perfect for so many dishes! We have experimented with these with multiple dishes. They are obviously phenomenal with quesadillas, but we even used this to make SLOPPY quesadillas and in Mac and Cheese.

This is a keeper! After I bought the first bag, I knew this cheese would be a staple item in my kitchen. Makes the best quesadillas, and add it to the top of enchiladas or any other dish you want to top with melted cheese and it makes it extra good - because it melts beautifully! Yum!

Love this cheese. It was easy to melt and very creamy. Perfect enchiladas, quesadillas, and casserole cheese, with a great flavor. It does not have that waxy, almost fake feeling most shredded packaged cheeses have. This will be my go to cheese when I buy already shredded cheese in a package.
