Do not get me wrong I did enjoy the macaroni and cheese but I did not love it. The bacon is more Canadian Bacon. This makes sense because it was packaged in Canada. The flavors were good together but the taste of ham started to overwhelm the dish. One out of five of us could not eat it because they felt it was too salty. I would buy it again but would prefer it with either less bacon or with American bacon.

The flavor is there, but the cheese sauce is very grainy. This may have been due to the microwave damaging the cheese proteins. If that is the case, the product probably would work better in the over with a major caveat to only bake it. There is a nice cheddar flavor and the bacon comes through nicely. It is both adult and kid-friendly in regards to overall flavors. Would I get it again? Probably not. I think that I would just fry some bacon and add it to a box of Kraft Mac and Cheese.

My son is a mac and cheese connoisseur, this seemed like something everyone would eat so I'm not making like three different dinners. And we all wanted to like it. But...son said meh, it's okay but it's airy? and husband found a small piece of green plastic in his so he was OUT after that, he also mentioned it tasted like velveta and both said it was gritty. But they'd be willing to try it again?? So I don't know what to do with that review. I thought it looked delish component wise, real cheese and nice pieces of bacon. I really think I should have baked it instead of microwaving it, maybe that's where the weird texture thing came in. sigh. I'd probably buy it again though and test my oven theory. I think that would make for a taster dish.

My husband and son love it. So much so that my husband came home with 2 of them. I think it's just "okay". Followed cooking instructions for the oven and had to leave it in 20 minutes longer than directions stated and it ended up still not being heated through. Not sure how to adjust cooking time/temperatures without ruining it.

We had last minute plans to smoke a brisket the next day and I had to work, so needed some quick sides. Saw this and decided to give it a try and wow! So glad I did. It was excellent! I was a little hesitant because sometimes things with bacon can be a bit overpowering, especially if the bacon is not good. Not so with this. We all loved it and decided it would be a regular at our house!

We brought it home and immediately heated it up. We loved that it could be heated in the microwave, although I used the oven. I loved the flavor and you could actually taste the cheese and you could taste the bacon. That was major points for me, being a bacon lover. I was not super crazy about the size/texture of the noodles. They seemed so large. I'm a texture eater so I notice stuff like that. The taste was good still.

We were purchasing this since it came to the Sam's Club and loved it the first years. But the quality of the bacon goes slowly down each year. One time, there was no bacon meat, just the fat and some membranes. The worst started last year, when the manufacturer changed the plastic dish from black to white. We bought it three times in the white dish and this is the last time. The white plastic is not heat resistant, it burns and peels off, deposing the plastic into the food in large quantities. At this point, this meal is unsafe to consume due to the plastic dish it comes in.

Love it ❤️ I would recommend it to all my family and friends. Had to makers Mark five cheese bacon macaroni for a family reunion loved it. It is a mess for all holidays looking forward to Easter with the family with makers Mark five cheese bacon macaroni tray thank you again Sam’s Club
