Do not get me wrong I did enjoy the macaroni and cheese but I did not love it. The bacon is more Canadian Bacon. This makes sense because it was packaged in Canada. The flavors were good together but the taste of ham started to overwhelm the dish. One out of five of us could not eat it because they felt it was too salty. I would buy it again but would prefer it with either less bacon or with American bacon.

I couldn’t believe this when I opened the package. There is a lot of bacon and cheese. My son and my husband absolutely loved it. My husband normally doesn’t care for Mac and cheese but he was literally scraping his plate. I am going to pick up two packages on my next trip! I am gluten free so I couldn’t eat it, and I wish I could have, after their reaction!

Decided to try this as part of Members Mark review program. I was a little hesitant at first because we are pretty picky about our mac n cheese. I have to say that baking is the only way to go with this. The thought of how it would turn out in a microwave doesn't seem pleasant. After it cooled and we dug in there was silence all around the table until one of us said "dang this stuff is good" . Case closed we will buy again!!

Purchased this on July 5 for our picnic the next day. When I took it out of the frig to heat it up, it was swollen like a sausage! It was flat and intact when I put it in, so spoilage came to mind. It was a curbside order, so I wondered if it might have been out too long? That would be VERY unexpected! We've had this before and it was excellent, as well! Sam's has nicely processed a refund for it without requiring a return. They are wonderful about this, but I tried to call the Deli Dept several times to no avail. I wanted to inform them. We were purchasing this since it came to the Sam's Club and loved it the first years. But the quality of the bacon goes slowly down each year. One time, there was no bacon meat, just the fat and some membranes. The worst started last year, when the manufacturer changed the plastic dish from black to white. We bought it three times in the white dish and this is the last time. The white plastic is not heat resistant, it burns and peels off, deposing the plastic into the food in large quantities. At this point, this meal is unsafe to consume due to the plastic dish it comes in.

Tried this Mac n cheese last night. I didn’t think you could really miss the mark on bacon Mac n cheese but this one was awful!! The taste was super bitter, no one in the family (6 of us) were able to make it past the first bite. We even added more bacon to the top, wasted perfectly good bacon.

This was a miss. It was swimming in cheesy goop. It was so much cheese that it overpowered the pasta, and the bacon had an odd texture. The fake smoke taste wasn't my family's favorite either. No one really liked it. So, I tried to improve it by adding more pasta and topping it with homemade breadcrumbs that had been tossed with melted butter and pinch of garlic powder and onion powder. Then, I baked it for 20 minutes until it was nice and toasty. Everyone agreed that it was much better, but it was still not our favorite. We won't be repurchasing this.

I bought this on a whim, but after baking it up last night, I was very pleasantly surprised at just how delicious it is! The pasta is perfect, the cheese is creamy & delicious, & the bacon is plentiful & adds such a nice smoky flavor. I would absolutely buy this time & time again...I just hope it remains in stores!

I love macaroni and cheese and I love bacon so where can you go wrong? Reading reviews, I don't know if I got a bad batch or something but this was one of the worst things I have ever eaten. We threw it away and I rarely do that because I hate waste. I had about 4 bites and couldn't eat anymore. Texture was very gritty and I don't even know how to explain the taste other than bad.

I discovered this product several months ago, and have purchased it multiple times since. The taste/quality is so good! Ease of preparation couldn't be simpler. Please keep this in inventory/available! Please, stock more prepared meals that are as awesome as this product!
