It is a good quality chair however as mentioned in almost every previous review the right arm will not stay secure. Not sure why it is the right side only but this needs to be addressed

Because of the low price, this recliner is a great deal (even with a few issues). And the recliner is a perfect fit with room to spare for my 210 lb 5'6" body. After assembly, the power button did not work. But there is easy access to the power cords in the back of the chair, and I only needed to reattach an unplugged cable. It unattached itself again within a day, but after plugging the cord back in it has not given me any further problems. One of the storage arm covers is slightly askew, but it is to the outside and it doesn't bother me. The power controls are on the inside of the arm. But I recently had spinal fusion surgery, and now I have some breathing problems from a breakthrough case of COVID. It is a relief not to have to try to reach any controls on the outside of the arm and I do not have to manually push or pull to operate the chair. And the best thing about a power button option is that I can customize the reclining position to whatever I want or need. The moderate speed of the reclining function is very satisfactory. Unfortunately, this power recliner was not available in fabric. It uses bonded leather. I figure that I will probably need a fabric slipcover eventually, especially as I have two cats. "Leftover scraps of leather are shredded and ground to a near pulp, then bonded together using polyurethane or latex onto a fiber sheet." Real leather content is 10 to 20%. Think cheap belts for pants. But real leather is quite expensive, so I figured a slipcover would be a good compromise. The USB and power receptacle outlets along with the low-level lighted cup holders are nice.

This chair is everything that I hoped for. Reclines nicely. It has a separate control for the headrest. Came in two pieces as expected. Easily put together. I would have preferred to have the controls on the outside but understand they need to be on the inside if multiple chairs are to be used next to each other in “theater” style. Great price. Would buy another if I needed another.

I bought two of these recliners. One for my husband and one for myself. We are happy with our chairs. I especially like the fact that they are wall huggers. They are comfortable. I sleep better in my chair than in my adjustable bed. Well worth the money!

I am very pleased with the quality and operation of the chairs. I bought two of them as I wanted something for our TV room to relax in while watching. They were delivered within two of my purchase online. They arrived in boxes that were pretty tattered. However, when I unwrapped them there was no damage to the chairs. Putting them together was rather easy, although they are heavy so if you are not use to moving heavy items you should get some one to help you. Once I plugged them in they both worked flawlessly. Overall these were a good purchase; relatively inexpensive and the quality is good. I only gave this four stars because I have only had the chairs for a few weeks. Waiting to see if there will be any difficulties in the future.

We put the chair together, plugged it in had power but chair wouldn't work. We unplugged it and plugged it back in still wouldn't work. Husband laid on the floor and found a plug hanging underneath the chair after we plugged it in it worked. the book didn't show a plug underneath, we literally had to tilt the chair on it's side to get to the plug.

I find it comfortable and functional with storage in arms and cup holders. I didn't want to pay for real leather and hopefully it will last. There is a 1 year warranty but no company or phone number listed if there is a problem. Also by being a member I believe it added a year to my warranty. The storage arms don't align correctly, it moves alot on wood floor, I constantly have to push it forward. You can get out of it when open though, doesn't tilt. The control buttons are awkward, I'm constantly hitting cupholder lights.

Great chair - great value. The only reason I didn't rate this a 5 is because 1 of the 2 chairs sent had an electrical issue and didn't work properly. Sam's customer support was helpful and immediately sent a replacement but it was obviously annoying to have to deal with the extra headache of reboxing the defective chair and working with a shipper to have it picked up. Chair itself is very comfortable - I'm 6'2” and a big dude and it fits me well. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a good value on a home theater chair.

This is a very comfortable chair. I felt it immediately when I sat in the one on display. I had to order it online and have it delivered to my house. It is a hefty chair and it took two people to carry it into the house. It was incredibly easy to assemble (one-person assembly). Everything works great and it is so comfortable.

We saw this chair in our local Sams Club. We were able to sit in it and found it to be quite comfortable. We had it shipped to our house which was a relief due to our ages. Well we love, love ,love it. My husband sits in it every night, and has not had one bad word to say about the chair. Great buy.
