Great chair - great value. The only reason I didn't rate this a 5 is because 1 of the 2 chairs sent had an electrical issue and didn't work properly. Sam's customer support was helpful and immediately sent a replacement but it was obviously annoying to have to deal with the extra headache of reboxing the defective chair and working with a shipper to have it picked up. Chair itself is very comfortable - I'm 6'2” and a big dude and it fits me well. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a good value on a home theater chair.

I am very pleased with the quality and operation of the chairs. I bought two of them as I wanted something for our TV room to relax in while watching. They were delivered within two of my purchase online. They arrived in boxes that were pretty tattered. However, when I unwrapped them there was no damage to the chairs. Putting them together was rather easy, although they are heavy so if you are not use to moving heavy items you should get some one to help you. Once I plugged them in they both worked flawlessly. Overall these were a good purchase; relatively inexpensive and the quality is good. I only gave this four stars because I have only had the chairs for a few weeks. Waiting to see if there will be any difficulties in the future.

We put the chair together, plugged it in had power but chair wouldn't work. We unplugged it and plugged it back in still wouldn't work. Husband laid on the floor and found a plug hanging underneath the chair after we plugged it in it worked. the book didn't show a plug underneath, we literally had to tilt the chair on it's side to get to the plug.

Today is Dec 27, chair was purchased on Dec 14. It is now broken and will be requesting a refund ASAP.

We ordered two of these chairs and liked them so much we ordered four more. Two more for our living room and two for our camper

Popping and clanking sounds when reclining and going back down. Go with the Travis brand instead of the Serta. Will be returning for the Travis.

This chair is loveable, comfortable, and worth e every dime you are going to spend on it. Plus price is really not that bad.

I do like them except in discription they claim that they are leather but the box says faux leather. They also are very noisy when you open and close them.

Love. I am 6.2 200 was looking for recliner that was big enough and extend to my feet- perfect. Soft not firm. Love the ports. Very quiet movement. Recommend
