I bought this in November of 2022 and literally two weeks after my 1 year warranty it has already stopped working. The dryer won’t heat anymore. I’ve used all the videos provided and nothing helped. Quite frustrated because it’s just me and my wife. We only do laundry a few times a week.

The sleek design and great quality build makes this one of my favorite appliance purchases! Between the space and the sensor dry function (which is amazing) I'll never have to guess if my load is going to be dry the first time around! Between large comforters, heavy link blankets, and huge fabric loads for our business I know it will be dry every time!

The controls are easy to use. I like knowing exactly when the dryer will turn off. So I can be there to take out the clothes just as they are done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the compact design of the samsung dryer gives it an elegant look and also provides more cubic space for clothes. you can start drying the clothes and expect not to hear from your dryer again until the clothes are done. the dryer offers several great settings and an easy to use control system that makes getting our clothes dry and fluffy every time simple and easy. the lint capture is a new design for me, but i find it to be significantly cleaner and easier to manage than the typical screen. so far, we have not had any issues with our clothes not being fully dry when the load is done, which is amazing. the dryer connects to the diagnosis feature of the samsung washer app. the flexibility of the door is also an excellent feature. this is an awesome dryer for an active and busy family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My experience with the Samsung dryer has been great thus far. I’m thoroughly impressed with the size. I have a king size comforter that fits perfectly, even leaving room for other items. In addition we also have a large family so the Samsung dryer is perfect for large loads! I love the fact that the lint collection is easily accessible. Much easier than our whirlpool dryer. The Samsung dryer has several different cycle selections from “dryness” to “temperature” to “time” it also has a digital timer that lets you know how long you have left for drying and if that’s not enough it plays a cute song at the end of each cycle. Our previous dryer had to cycle at least two times before clothes were completely dry. This is not the case with the same sim dryer. At times clothes are already dry before the timer is complete. This is by far one of the best dryers that I’ve used. Money well spent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer has exceeded my expectations! It does a fantastic job drying my laundry and I think it does so in less time than my last dryer! It seems a little smaller than my last dryer, which was enormous, but this thing is still huge. I especially like that it dries my bedding sheets in one cycle. Previous dryers I would have to take the sheets out and restart the cycle because they’d be all balled up and wet in the middle. This dryer doesn’t so this at all. I’m not sir why but I love it!! I highly recommend this dryer!

I really enjoy the Steam Sanitize+ feature because it leaves my clothing dry and not leave it with damp smell. The only down side of this washer is left in wrinkle mode, dryer doesn’t stop drying as it’s in a continuous mode of drying and stopping. I give this dryer a 4 Star because the Steam Sanitize+ is the best feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll start with what I love the most about this drier, and that is the auto sensor. It knows when my clothes are dry. I set it too auto and leave. I come back and my clothes are dried to the level I had set them to. I stick my head in the drier and look for the sensors, I don't see any lol . How it knows, I have no idea but it fascinates me that it can distinguish between very / more / normal and damp. And it so quick, 45 minutes (my old drier sometimes took upto two hours) for an average size load. And unlike my old drier that had that old buzzer sound that went Bzzzzzzz, this Samsung electric drier plays a cute musical tune to let you know that your clothes are ready. Now if drier could only fold the clothes..... Maybe the next model I purchase from Samsung in a decade or so will have that feature. Bought this 2months ago! Several items got caught in vent at back of dryer and wrapped them up tight like a tail. Damaged andwrinkled the 2 items. Rep. told me I didn't load the dryer correctly or too much clothes at one time. Very small load and I have loaded dryers for over 60 yrs. and have no idea what he meant. Let me tell Samsung the vent in the back wall of this dryer is a problem! Anyway, this dryer is junk And I am stuck with it!
