I bought this dryer in September 2022 and by August 2024 the heating component had stopped working. The nearest appliance repair service is five hours away. Extended warranties are a bit of a sham, but you will need one with this product.

i have had this dryer a year and i am so dissapointed. i have tried every different cycle. it still takes over two hours to dry my laundry for a regular sized load of laundry. my discount dryer worked better before it broke.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE how quiet this dryer is. It dries quickly and is easy to use. I really like how the lint catcher has flap on it so when you pull it out to clean, lint doesn’t fall back in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and have been very happy with it. I just wanted to get the job done. It start s up right away and drys quickly. Also it has a large capacity. Meets all of my requirements.

I was told by customer service there is no way to turn off any of the sounds or the song that plays at the end of a cycle. If you don't want to wake up your household when doing a load at night then stay away.
