[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer replaced a dryer that was dying on us. We couldnt be happier with this purchase. It is exactly what we needed to keep our clothes dry. We went from having to do 3 rounds of heat to one. This dryer makes the best song when it has done its job.

we replaced our previous samsung dryer with this one. the units were similar, from the product description. first disappointment was the flimsiness of the components. for the cost of this unit, i would have expected it to be of the same quality as the last. the knob wobbles and looks cheap and ready to break. swapping the hinges, i discovered one of the bolt holes already stripped out. the plastic covers had a broken tab, so it all but fell off. the sensor dry feature was better on the older unit. this dryer struggles to do its job. i was very disappointed to see the bedding setting was gone. neither normal/very dry nor heavy/very dry will get a comforter even close to being dry. forget rotating it "for even drying." the dryer gives up as soon as it seems to be up to temp.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer matches the washer I bought a ew years back and it plays the same end of cycle tune as the washer but in a higher key. It is very eeficient at drying loads and the filter is eas to clean.

Keeps me from running down to check if they need more time! It has 8 different setting for you to choose from. Holds a lot too! It was nice to be able to switch the door around so it made sense in my space. Being able to check on the dryer from my phone using the Smart Things app was way cool! I highly recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer has exceeded my expectations! It does a fantastic job drying my laundry and I think it does so in less time than my last dryer! It seems a little smaller than my last dryer, which was enormous, but this thing is still huge. I especially like that it dries my bedding sheets in one cycle. Previous dryers I would have to take the sheets out and restart the cycle because they’d be all balled up and wet in the middle. This dryer doesn’t so this at all. I’m not sir why but I love it!! I highly recommend this dryer!

I bought this in November of 2022 and literally two weeks after my 1 year warranty it has already stopped working. The dryer won’t heat anymore. I’ve used all the videos provided and nothing helped. Quite frustrated because it’s just me and my wife. We only do laundry a few times a week.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung big capacity dryer that takes care of our clothes. Dries the towels and the sheets and the delicate clothing perfectly. The controls are easy to use. I like knowing exactly when the dryer will turn off. So I can be there to take out the clothes just as they are done.

Model DVE45T3200W will not dry the clothes as it keeps shutting off too early. Runs for 10 minutes and then gives the chime like it is dry but no where close. Tried the timed dry at Very Dry for 60 min. Again run for 10 minutes and chimes went off like it was done but far from it. Clothes still damp. Wife just told me it had been doing this from day one and I asked why she didn't tell me but got the "I didn't want to bother you with it". I have read only that most everyone with this dry has the same problem. HOW CAN I BYPASS THE MOISTURE SENSOR. This model is anything but SmartCare

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I am really liking this dryer. It truly is smart and detects the exact amount of minutes to dry your load of clothes. They come out exactly the right amount of dryness--no dampness and also not overly heated. I like how you can use the smart technology or you can manually set a time increment. It also has several settings for delicates or fluff dry. My only complaint is that the inside is dark grey and there is no light when you open the door so it is impossible to see if you forget to pull out anything. Our old dryer had this light and I am very surprised this modern unit doesn't have that basic feature. You also can change the orientation of the door to either side to best accommodate your space.

Features are good but doesn't dry as well as our other one. Tried to get service to check it out but could not figure out how to do it online. Keeps taking me to option warranty site. Takes longer time to get big load completely dry
