[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer works well and dries a load quicker than my old dryer. The biggest complaint I have about this dryer is there is not light inside, and the inside of the drum is dark grey. These two together make it very difficult to see if anything is left after emptying a load. Another feature I like a lot is the timer shows exactly how much time is left in a load. I like the sensor feature since I don't have to guess how long to dry a load.

It's probably due to the most adequate temperature Samsung's technology achieves; Given the overall performance and the price, I happily give 5 stars to this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer has exceeded my expectations! It does a fantastic job drying my laundry and I think it does so in less time than my last dryer! It seems a little smaller than my last dryer, which was enormous, but this thing is still huge. I especially like that it dries my bedding sheets in one cycle. Previous dryers I would have to take the sheets out and restart the cycle because they’d be all balled up and wet in the middle. This dryer doesn’t so this at all. I’m not sir why but I love it!! I highly recommend this dryer!

Bought this 2months ago! Several items got caught in vent at back of dryer and wrapped them up tight like a tail. Damaged andwrinkled the 2 items. Rep. told me I didn't load the dryer correctly or too much clothes at one time. Very small load and I have loaded dryers for over 60 yrs. and have no idea what he meant. Let me tell Samsung the vent in the back wall of this dryer is a problem! Anyway, this dryer is junk And I am stuck with it!

we replaced our previous samsung dryer with this one. the units were similar, from the product description. first disappointment was the flimsiness of the components. for the cost of this unit, i would have expected it to be of the same quality as the last. the knob wobbles and looks cheap and ready to break. swapping the hinges, i discovered one of the bolt holes already stripped out. the plastic covers had a broken tab, so it all but fell off. the sensor dry feature was better on the older unit. this dryer struggles to do its job. i was very disappointed to see the bedding setting was gone. neither normal/very dry nor heavy/very dry will get a comforter even close to being dry. forget rotating it "for even drying." the dryer gives up as soon as it seems to be up to temp.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my Samsung washer and dryer for a couple of months now. This is the smoothest and easiest dryer I have ever used. I would recommend over any other dryer out there. Pricing was reasonable as well. Thank you Samsung for making yet another great electronic piece.

We have received two dryers so far with defects. First was dented and damaged . The second time the belt broke with only 2 months of use and have not used any heavy loads that would exceed capacity. Have not been able to dry clothes for months . It is covered under warranty but the time it takes to repair is about a month. Would not recommend to anyone. There are cheaper brands that are much more reliable .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this Samsung dryer. It works very well and my clothes come out nice and dry. This dryer runs quietly and works to dry clothes quickly. The lint trap is so easy to remove, empty and return to the dryer. The cycle options are nice and it'll dry big heavy comforters without issue. I like that the door can be hung from either side. This came with the door on the correct side for us but I like that it can be changed if needed. The end of cycle tune is a little obnoxious and I so wish it had an option for a basic signal. I also wish this dryer had a light inside that would turn on when the door is opened. Overall, I'm pretty happy with this dryer and am happy with the results.
