Dryer does not dry

6-7 hours for 5 towels . . .ridiculous. The sensor is worthless, the clothes are never dry completely when it shuts off. Have had the dryer looked at and was told it's functioning perfectly. Very unhappy with this purchase.

Old School

Wonderful Dryer

Do not buy this dryer

Dryer stopped working after 10 months. Samsung customer service was a nightmare. Apparently this is a common problem with this dryer. Replacement parts are not available. Finally got some of this cost back. Horrible product.

Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE how quiet this dryer is. It dries quickly and is easy to use. I really like how the lint catcher has flap on it so when you pull it out to clean, lint doesn’t fall back in.
