I would recommend over any other dryer out there. Pricing was reasonable as well. Thank you Samsung for making yet another great electronic piece.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer is a smooth running machine. Once I loaded the clothes in the dryer and pushed a few buttons off and quiet as a mouse it worked. Front loader not to low like other appliances. The timer lets you know when the clothes will be ready as well as the step by step process of the cycle . I am in absolute love with it.

went to reverse the door (highlighted feature on the web site). lack of quality became obvious when the plastic pegs on the back of the plastic cover over the unused holes broke off during removal of the cover, despite being removed with much care. both of them broke different pegs. same with the cover over the unused latch slot (tabs broke this time, not pegs). tried online chat on messenger. responsive. wanted pics of parts. then pics of where they go. jumped the hoops only to be told to contact a service center, it is physical damage not covered by warranty. tried samsung support chat on the web site. connects to a group of "expert users". they are still guessing what part i am talking about. buyer be very beware

We had this machine for 24 days when we requested our first repair for sensor dry not working. After 2 repair visits & many calls & video chats & text conversations & multiple miscommunications & disconnected calls emails the problem is STILL not resolved. I've been disconnected yet 2 more times today. They know it's a bad machine & just keep passing the buck. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG !!!!! Junk

The controls are easy to use. I like knowing exactly when the dryer will turn off. So I can be there to take out the clothes just as they are done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung's new electric dryer is fantastic. Simple operation, yet it gets the job done. It has eight different drying options to cover every drying need for my family. Sensor dry is my favorite feature as it detects moisture, and stops operations at perfect temperature. I know some people prefers clothes completely dry at hot temperature; this is not for them. This feature itself deserves for 5 stars for me as all my previous drying experience was never really perfect every time. Another point I have to make is its noise level; it is greatly improved from my older dryer, and now I could only hear some operational sound; I would not call it noise anymore. Load capacity wise, it is large enough for my family; And to my knowledge, it is similar to most of other brand new dryers. In other words, it's not a decision making factor at all. Fantastic appliance. Highly recommended.

We had recently started to experience issues with our old dryer, and Samsung was one of the brands we were researching, so we were thrilled to get this new set by Samsung. The entire process screamed efficiency! The delivery process was quick and painless. The delivery was seamless and I’ve noticed that the drying process is much more efficient. The dryer has a small footprint and has sufficient capacity for the size of our family. I also loves that it cools the clothes before it ends so that you aren’t burned when you remove the clothes. I wish the tune that were played was selectable and I wish there was a light in the dryer. Outside of that, I’m happy with this unit and would recommend it to my family and friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer is still fairly new to us, but so far it is living up to the expectations we had hoped for. It dries in a reasonable time and alerts when complete which were two things we were interested in most when selecting a new dryer.

We have this dryer, the lint trap behind the door is terrible. Every time I open it to clean out , lint falls out of it and gets on my floor. Make a better lint trap that is easy clean no extra mess when used. On our old dryer that had a lint trap on top of the dryer and was much larger worked perfectly to clean and did not have to pop open to clean and did not have lint falling out all over the place.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My experience with the Samsung dryer has been great thus far. I’m thoroughly impressed with the size. I have a king size comforter that fits perfectly, even leaving room for other items. In addition we also have a large family so the Samsung dryer is perfect for large loads! I love the fact that the lint collection is easily accessible. Much easier than our whirlpool dryer. The Samsung dryer has several different cycle selections from “dryness” to “temperature” to “time” it also has a digital timer that lets you know how long you have left for drying and if that’s not enough it plays a cute song at the end of each cycle. Our previous dryer had to cycle at least two times before clothes were completely dry. This is not the case with the same sim dryer. At times clothes are already dry before the timer is complete. This is by far one of the best dryers that I’ve used. Money well spent.
