It's probably due to the most adequate temperature Samsung's technology achieves; Given the overall performance and the price, I happily give 5 stars to this product.

It's extremely nice to have clothes come out of the dryer completely dry but they don't feel overheat or damp. They're just perfectly dry! The brand "Samsung" has been great and it never ever disappoint me.

the drier has not worked from day one. waiting on the 2nd repair visit. seems like repair people have little regard for samsung appliances. they are a joke in the industry and i'm sorry i did not research this better. go with whirlpool or maytag. i had both and they lasted for 30+ years without issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer is a smooth running machine. Once I loaded the clothes in the dryer and pushed a few buttons off and quiet as a mouse it worked. Front loader not to low like other appliances. The timer lets you know when the clothes will be ready as well as the step by step process of the cycle . I am in absolute love with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer last month. I love the dryer. It dries quickly and efficiently. Only thing I don't like is how the door does not open all the way. It causes you to have to load from the washer to the dryer over the door.

The printed labels on front smeared. It's hard to tell what they all say. Samsung says it's cosmetic and won't fix it. The Sensor dry is very ineffective if using a mixed load to dry. It shuts off before items are dry if anything is thicker than something else. If you are purchasing for energy efficiency, DON'T! Samsung said to not use the Sensor dry, only timed dry. This was my 2nd Samsung appliance, and it will be my last! If it doesn't operate for the options purchased, they should replace.

The sleek design and great quality build makes this one of my favorite appliance purchases! Between the space and the sensor dry function (which is amazing) I'll never have to guess if my load is going to be dry the first time around! Between large comforters, heavy link blankets, and huge fabric loads for our business I know it will be dry every time!

One, not sure why there is sort of a hatch/lid on the removable lint screen. Not sure what it's purpose is and it makes cleaning the lint filter a bit awkward. Two, wish the musical chime's volume indicating completion could be adjusted and wished it was a different melody from our Samsung washer, never sure which is completed since they play the same song. Certainly, not a big deal.

Don't let its size fool you though, as it has a large capacity drum that can hold even a large load of linens. It dries the first time, every time. It is super quiet and plays a little melody at the end of each cycle to let you know it's done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the compact design of the samsung dryer gives it an elegant look and also provides more cubic space for clothes. you can start drying the clothes and expect not to hear from your dryer again until the clothes are done. the dryer offers several great settings and an easy to use control system that makes getting our clothes dry and fluffy every time simple and easy. the lint capture is a new design for me, but i find it to be significantly cleaner and easier to manage than the typical screen. so far, we have not had any issues with our clothes not being fully dry when the load is done, which is amazing. the dryer connects to the diagnosis feature of the samsung washer app. the flexibility of the door is also an excellent feature. this is an awesome dryer for an active and busy family.
