[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased thus washer recently and iam very very pleased with it.Inside of the washer is spacious and I get my job done .This is a very quiet machine, easy to use and iam satisfied with it Got it for a great price too.

We have received two dryers so far with defects. First was dented and damaged . The second time the belt broke with only 2 months of use and have not used any heavy loads that would exceed capacity. Have not been able to dry clothes for months . It is covered under warranty but the time it takes to repair is about a month. Would not recommend to anyone. There are cheaper brands that are much more reliable .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this two weeks ago after our washer stopped working. Figured mine as well get a new dryer as the washer and dryer were the same age. Over fifteen years old. I didn’t realize how poorly my dryer was working until this lovely was hooked up. Dries wonderfully, quiet and no shrinkage of clothing. Large capacity drum. So happy we got it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one great dryer. It is the perfect compact size for a small laundry area, or even a bigger one. Don't let its size fool you though, as it has a large capacity drum that can hold even a large load of linens. It dries the first time, every time. It is super quiet and plays a little melody at the end of each cycle to let you know it's done.

It was about 2 weeks later and she reached out to me about the appliances I researched. She said I saved her a lot of time doing this herself, for her wash machine died 2 weeks after my purchase. She came over to see my appliances, and love them, she made her purchase immediately, and received her very quickly with a matter of less than 1 week. She loves them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My experience with the Samsung dryer has been great thus far. I’m thoroughly impressed with the size. I have a king size comforter that fits perfectly, even leaving room for other items. In addition we also have a large family so the Samsung dryer is perfect for large loads! I love the fact that the lint collection is easily accessible. Much easier than our whirlpool dryer. The Samsung dryer has several different cycle selections from “dryness” to “temperature” to “time” it also has a digital timer that lets you know how long you have left for drying and if that’s not enough it plays a cute song at the end of each cycle. Our previous dryer had to cycle at least two times before clothes were completely dry. This is not the case with the same sim dryer. At times clothes are already dry before the timer is complete. This is by far one of the best dryers that I’ve used. Money well spent.

this dryer is terrible and does not dry my clothes. the technician stated i can't put too much or too little or the clothes won't dry. do i need to be a math mathematician to figure how much is too much or too little? also, it states i can connect to my phone for more options. it won't connect. although, the manual states to press the smart connect button, i don't see it on my model. the technician couldn't tell me how to use the manual settings. i'm ready to just donate the dry which is less than 90 days old because it's useless to me. i'm very disappointed. i was very loyal to samsung, including purchasing cell phones. i'm done with samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like this dryer! It's geared more for medium, average loads, not so much the larger loads if you only want to have to use one cycle. We have had to run it a couple of times twice to get larger loads dry. Any of our king/queen blankets we will run through on a timed dry and pull it out, rearrange and put it back in for another 60min timed dry and depending on the thickness we generally have to just hang it to finish drying completely but that's to be expected unless you have a large capacity dryer. We have checked our dryer vents and lines just to make sure that wasn't the issue and those were clean. It dries quietly and as long as you keep your load the appropriate size it dries well and overall we really like it. We aren't crazy about the dry sensor. There are a few times we have had to restart the dryer or just use the timed dry setting to make sure a heavier amount of clothes gets dry. The clothes will tumble just right into a ball and the middle of the balled of items will still be damp. A family of five with three small children has A LOT of clothes to dry to we understand some of those larger loads probably needed to be toned down a bit in the first place. The lint trap is great! So easy to clean and it really grabs on to some of the annoying stuff that usually gets caught in the lint trap then falls out when you pull the trap out. That's not an issue for this lint trap. My biggest question is, why no light in the dryer? Its such a tiny inconvenience but once you no longer have it you realize how much you missed it. Still, we are very pleased.

The sleek design and great quality build makes this one of my favorite appliance purchases! Between the space and the sensor dry function (which is amazing) I'll never have to guess if my load is going to be dry the first time around! Between large comforters, heavy link blankets, and huge fabric loads for our business I know it will be dry every time!

We have had this dryer for less than a year, and TWO times i have had to call a repair team out to fix it, and these instances weren't even 3 months apart. The dryer belt keeps popping off and all they say is to stop over loading it, however we never have big loads, and both times the belt popped off, we had the smallest of loads in. Also, having to wait 2+ weeks for service is absolutely ridiculous.
