[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a Samsung washer that I love so when my non-Samsung dryer broke I did not hesitate to get the matching dryer to go with it. It is very efficient at drying. Handles big loads with ease. Even king size comforters fit! I highly recommend!

Don't waste your time ordering this from Sam's Club. Sams puts the order in with Samsung, who then put our order in with delivery to be completed by RXO (Cincinnati, OH). They never called to schedule delivery, then when we called, they booked us for a Saturday delivery 10 days post quoted delivery date when we ordered. Then 3 hours later we got an email that our delivery was delayed. They don't deliver on Saturdays even though they booked that, and now they couldn't come until the following Tuesday (they were booked on Monday). So what should have delivered on 1/25, would now deliver on 2/6, provided they didn't delay us again. I told RXO

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one great dryer. It is the perfect compact size for a small laundry area, or even a bigger one. Don't let its size fool you though, as it has a large capacity drum that can hold even a large load of linens. It dries the first time, every time. It is super quiet and plays a little melody at the end of each cycle to let you know it's done.

The available features has everything we need and the size is perfect. We also love the finishing music, much better than the old loud buzz.

I love that the washer lets me know when it’s done with its little tune it plays & I especially especially love that the dryer doesn’t have that obnoxious loud buzzer that my old one had! If you’re in the market for a dryer, or a washer @ dryer buy a Samsung, you can thank me later! No agitator, nice size drum for both washer & dryer, digital, & the aesthetics are pleasing to boot… Not to mention the dryer lint screen is in the front of the inside of the dryer vs on top of the dryer & pulls out!

We have received two dryers so far with defects. First was dented and damaged . The second time the belt broke with only 2 months of use and have not used any heavy loads that would exceed capacity. Have not been able to dry clothes for months . It is covered under warranty but the time it takes to repair is about a month. Would not recommend to anyone. There are cheaper brands that are much more reliable .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that it has Sensor dry and how dry the clothes are and keeps it going until they are dry! Keeps me from running down to check if they need more time! It has 8 different setting for you to choose from. Holds a lot too! It was nice to be able to switch the door around so it made sense in my space. Being able to check on the dryer from my phone using the Smart Things app was way cool! I highly recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very nice dryer with lots of room for drying bedding! The dryer works like a dream the sense dry feature is amazing, turns off when the cloths are dry. I just wish we could turn off the end cycle tone off.

We have had this dryer for less than a year, and TWO times i have had to call a repair team out to fix it, and these instances weren't even 3 months apart. The dryer belt keeps popping off and all they say is to stop over loading it, however we never have big loads, and both times the belt popped off, we had the smallest of loads in. Also, having to wait 2+ weeks for service is absolutely ridiculous.
