We had this machine for 24 days when we requested our first repair for sensor dry not working. After 2 repair visits & many calls & video chats & text conversations & multiple miscommunications & disconnected calls emails the problem is STILL not resolved. I've been disconnected yet 2 more times today. They know it's a bad machine & just keep passing the buck. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG !!!!! Junk

The dryer is super quiet has an amazing cute song at the end to show it is done. And I am just so pleased with it. Only downside I can see is sometimes it doesn't seem to measure the moisture level correctly and my load of laundry will still be a bit damp. Although, it could be used error seeing I have stepped in to the 21 century after upgrade my 8 year old machines.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I am really liking this dryer. It truly is smart and detects the exact amount of minutes to dry your load of clothes. They come out exactly the right amount of dryness--no dampness and also not overly heated. I like how you can use the smart technology or you can manually set a time increment. It also has several settings for delicates or fluff dry. My only complaint is that the inside is dark grey and there is no light when you open the door so it is impossible to see if you forget to pull out anything. Our old dryer had this light and I am very surprised this modern unit doesn't have that basic feature. You also can change the orientation of the door to either side to best accommodate your space.

It has plenty of options in normal, heavy, quick, perm, delicates, time try and air fluff drying of various types of laundry. You can also control dryness and temperature of your drying. I like time drying option too for smaller loads. Similar to the washer its size is great for a family of four. Both washer and dryer pair up well. Samsungs are known for quality, richness in technology and durability and I firmly believe this set is a testament of that. A plus choice for me.

Unfortunately that was not the case I have to constantly put my close through multiple cycles before my close is fully dry. Sometimes I put a 1 hour cycle and it stops after 5 minutes. I wish I could have bought my dryer I had for 20 years all over again. I do not recommend this dryer.

With the most comprehensive set of features compared to similar models. Following delivery, of our new machine (the delivery guys were great and only took 20 minutes to get us up and running) it was time to give the dryer a go. Our initial load was the equivalent of 4 baskets of wet clothes. The aesthetically beautiful design is great on the eye. We love the sleek look (fitted with a child lock for enhanced safety) and the digital display with easy to understand controls. Reading the manual carefully we came across a nifty feature. We all know what it's like when something doesn't work right - this product has a Smart Care troubleshooting function that you simply access an app and the solutions to your problems are there. The dryer has an ample 7.2 cu ft capacity. The easy to understand controls give us 8 drying options including wrinkle prevent and a filter check indicator. This machine has a clean look and designed with performance in mind. For instance the enhanced drying efficiency with a powder coat interior. In general, our family is really impressed by this dryer. Through its design and performance, we are already reducing our power bills thanks to the larger capacity, drying sensors, and efficiency this product offers. Features are good but doesn't dry as well as our other one. Tried to get service to check it out but could not figure out how to do it online. Keeps taking me to option warranty site. It has eight different drying options, which is useful, but not a feature that our family will use very often. We just want our clothes to be dry! The load capacity is good, but I do wish it was a bit bigger since we do laundry so often. We were able to get our comforter in, but it took several cycles to dry it fully since it was so compact in the space. One of the most important features to me, as a mom of a newborn baby and toddler is the noise level. Our older dyer was very loud. This one is very quiet by contrast. Overall I am really happy with this dyer and would recommend it to others.

We wash our comforter once a week and would prefer not to have to wait hours for it to dry. We wanted an efficient dryer that dried our comforter and heavier loads in one dry cycle. We have a cal king so this was an important feature to us. I can safely say this unit dries our comforter in one cycle! Yay! The design in my opinion compared to others is pretty simplified or minimalistic, which I am okay with. I was looking for performance. If you are in the market for a dryer that excels in performing efficiently look no further this is the dryer for you.
