Takes three cycles to dry laundry

i have had this dryer a year and i am so dissapointed. i have tried every different cycle. it still takes over two hours to dry my laundry for a regular sized load of laundry. my discount dryer worked better before it broke.

Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE how quiet this dryer is. It dries quickly and is easy to use. I really like how the lint catcher has flap on it so when you pull it out to clean, lint doesn’t fall back in.

Works really well on time dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer works great as long as you use time dry. If you let it run using the moisture sensor the dryer stops before the clothes are dry.

Great dryer

Terrible!

DO NOT BUY! Ours is a little over two years old and dryer will not turn off except if unplugged and no heat. Samsung will not help nor will the private warranty company.

Doesn't dry effectively

Every single timed setting on this dryer is wrong! Cant dry delicates because the dryer will only run for 5 literal minutes before signaling the cycle complete. Lint trap design is absolutely horrible and has no way to completely clean it out, so its a fire hazard. Will be contacting Samsung for return
