Keep drying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer last month. I love the dryer. It dries quickly and efficiently. Only thing I don't like is how the door does not open all the way. It causes you to have to load from the washer to the dryer over the door.

This Dryer is horrible

i bought this dryer in march of 2021. this is the second time the repair company had to come out here to repair it. this last time the repair person had to replace the whole circuit board because all of the lights were blinking. the circuit board! the repair people are always nice but really why did i buy something new for the repair people to be at my house every couple of months. don't buy it! i wish i could give mines back because i don't want it anymore. it's a "lemon"!! you need to make better products.

Awesome product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy with my washer. I have had it for about a month. I have used the self clean cycle which is great. The vibration technology keeps it nice and quiet I dont hear it until the song plays telling me the load is done. I've washed my king sized comforter in it with no problem. Updated review. After a month of use I would definitely purchase this dryer because it does an amazing job drying my clothing. I wash and dry often and I have large loads. Being able to them in minimal time really helps. Product t has really helped the function if my household. It quickly dries all my clothing in one cycle

Love this super quick dryer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in Love!! My new dryer makes my laundry go so quickly. I have two children and a husband that gets dirty at work. Previously, I was having to dry my clothes at least twice to get them dry. No more! One regular cycle gets even my husband’s work clothes dry. Also, the clothes are always dry after only one cycle. This saves so much time! I also love all of the customizable options. There are tons of settings while still being easy to use. Love this!

COMPLETE TRASH

i have had the dryer less than a year. since about a month after purchasing the dryer, it stopped shutting off. the drum will continue to turn even after the timer is done. in the last 2 weeks i have had to replace the heating element, thermostat, and thermal fuse 3 times. yesterday when i replaced the parts, it didn't even last one load before it stopped heating and burned up the parts up. i had the dryer vent and all lent cleaned out of the machine approximately 4 months ago when the dryer had to be fixed to make sure it was not a blockage problem. complete trash. save your money and don't buy this dryer.

No Drum Light

My new washer and dryer was delivered today and I've already done a load of laundry. Washer is great, dryer is too but where is the drum light? The book says there is a toggle to turn it on but doesn't show where and I can't find anything on the machine. The model is DVE45T3200W .

Failed after 3 years

samsung dryer worked ok for several tears. warrenty expired, and then controls stopped working correctly. stop/start did not function (have to open door to stop spinning... even keeps turning when off). tried reset, turned off child lock etc. repairman sez over $200 for part and over $300 to replace board. disappointed to see it fail after 3 years normal use.

Best Dryer for Steam Sanitize+ Feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer in November of last year. I love how this dryer is big enough to fit 2 loads of clothing. I really enjoy the Steam Sanitize+ feature because it leaves my clothing dry and not leave it with damp smell. The only down side of this washer is left in wrinkle mode, dryer doesn’t stop drying as it’s in a continuous mode of drying and stopping. I give this dryer a 4 Star because the Steam Sanitize+ is the best feature.

Doesn't dry well at all

we replaced our previous samsung dryer with this one. the units were similar, from the product description. first disappointment was the flimsiness of the components. for the cost of this unit, i would have expected it to be of the same quality as the last. the knob wobbles and looks cheap and ready to break. swapping the hinges, i discovered one of the bolt holes already stripped out. the plastic covers had a broken tab, so it all but fell off. the sensor dry feature was better on the older unit. this dryer struggles to do its job. i was very disappointed to see the bedding setting was gone. neither normal/very dry nor heavy/very dry will get a comforter even close to being dry. forget rotating it "for even drying." the dryer gives up as soon as it seems to be up to temp.

Hello. I completely get where you are coming from about your clothes not getting dry. You may have to look into methods on replacing the knob if it became loose during usage.
