They're fine. Took the first one today and nothing bad happened. Would have given it five stars but the lid was broken in transit.

This is a good quality fax seed oil supplement. 1400 mg per capsule. That is higher than most. The price is decent as well.

Gave only 3 stars because these capsules are very large and difficult to swallow. They were recommended by a physician for heart health. I would look for smaller capsules next time.
