I take this for my eyes. 20+ Years ago I had lasik surgery and the dr had me take these. A few years ago I started having floaters and I remembered taking this before my eye surgery. It definitely makes a difference. I don’t know why or how, but if I skip a few days my floaters get significantly worse.

These flaxseed oil capsules also contain 700mg Omega 3. So double duty for me! Heart and eyes. The capsules are large but slide down easily. Recommended by both my opthamologist and cardiologist.

Exactly what I was looking for - I just knock off 1 star because the capsules are extra thick & hard.

Eye Dr recommended that I take flaxseed oil since I don’t like fish. Ok with taking it except it is a very big gel cap. Didn’t use to have a probable swallowing them but after my mini stroke they are problematic. Hope that will resolve itself but maybe Nature Made could make smaller gel capsules even if you had to take two instead of one for a dose. I know I would buy it. Just a thought. I know I can’t be the only person who has a hard time swallowing large pills.
