Great value

For the second time I bought this item and within a couple of days after opening I noticed some mold inside the bag. The first time this happened It was just a couple of spots so I removed them with a 1/2 cup dipper and never saw any in the rest of the remainder. This last time I separated into 6 smaller bags and refrigerated as soon as I got home but within 2 days I again noticed mold in 2 of the bags. I was not happy. I have not seen any yet in the rest so time will tell. Not a good bargain when you have to throw out some. Did not return because I live quite a-ways from the club and would not be cost effective. I should have looked closer at the product when I was at the store.

I really didn't have the flavor that the more shredded has.

If you don’t have time to grate your own. This works great in your dishes

This was one of my worse purchases want do it again.
