I do not like pre-shredded cheese because of the powdery film. This cheese does not have that and tastes just like freshly shredded cheddar.

I am able to keep this cheese in the deep freeze and pull out small amounts as needed. Big help when preparing a meal and realize you need cheese.

Cheese once melted was extremely gritty in texture. I used it for my broccoli cheese soup, and it completely threw off the taste and texture.

I bought this item a few weeks ago. Love it cause it usually last a while in my house, as chese is used often.

We go through this giant bag of sharp shredded cheddar cheese in a month or less. Everyone is always please with my cheesy creations

Found mold in mine and had to throw out. I was not happy to spend the money and joy be able to use it.

Usually great, but the last 2 times I have purchased, it started smelling moldy within 3 days of opening.

Used it for pimento cheese and it was not as good a quality as Kraft we usually buy.
