I purchased this a few months ago, since then the couched has accumulated a lot of pilling, the fabric on the cushions are loose. The rubber bands provided to hold the sections together are a nightmare. Couch isn't worth the headache much less the price tag.

Some pieces of the couch is heavy. Like the ottoman and the two ends. When I opened the box it didn’t have enough legs for all the couch pieces. I was short 4 legs. Also when carrying the ottoman on its side the storage cover pops up. It’s a comfortable couch. We love sitting on it. Need to fluff the back pillows after sitting for a long time. I hope this couch will last me some time.

When setting this up we realized it is about 3 inches shorter than listed but no biggie. Would not call this stain resistant and kid/pet friendly as described though. My son had slightly dirty hands as any toddler would and has already left a stain in one day.

Ok so there are a few pros and cons but there were no reviews when I bought it so I figured I might as well. It’s oversized, love that, it’s a great color and texture, seems sturdy like the cushions won’t go flat in 6 months, it’s just an overall great couch for families who are going to be hanging out together! Cons: the pillows, back cushions, all that, are not velcro so they’re a mess all the time and the way it is held together and transitioned into other configurations is by rubber bands on the feet! That’s whack and a pain! But that’s it, I guess we just won’t move it a lot. Overall seems great quality!

Just bought a new replacement couch a year after buying this one. It is pilling and the fabric on the cushions looks loose. It’s not even our everyday couch. Shame because the size and style are great, but with the price we should have guessed it wouldn’t hold up.

The sofa was very easy to put together and the color is beautiful; however, I am giving it a 4/5 star for the comfort. It is very very stiff, assuming that it will loosen over time. I also wasn't too happy with the customer service. Provided a photo so people could see the navy.

This sofa is comfortable and versatile. It was packed for shipment really well with all the surfaces properly protected. It was very easy to put together. Be sure to note that a lot of the pillows and components are zippered into the bottom of the sofa for shipment.

We received the couch via delivery and found the front panel of the center chair is bent inward. I contacted Sam’s via phone and was asked to send photos. It has now been 3 weeks. I have requested a replacement of the center chair only. The last notice from Sam’s was a request for our information followed by a notice of closure with no resolution. I will be reporting to the BBB.

The material piles SO fast! My sweater shaver can not keep up! It's so hard to clean. I would not repurchase or recommend it. The back cushions became lumpy within a few weeks. We flatten them out, and then they're lumpy again a few days later. The rubber bands meant to keep the sections together aren't even remotely doing the job.

Improperly sized. Side cushions are at shoulder height, resting arms on them is beyond uncomfortable. Back cushions are same height, which is easily too low to provide head support. Had the sectional a week and already shows noticable wear. Sitting cushion height is much too tall, feet don't touch the ground and I'm 5'8". Held together by rubber bands. RUBBER BANDS. Didn't include all pieces, waiting weeks to even get them shipped. Not delivered, just shipped. Still no tracking number. Razor blade left in package cut my hand. Terrible product support. Not one single positive thing to say. Couldn't even try it out in the store. Display model is on a shelf, impossible to sit on. Many cushions have loose stitching. Complete garbage.
