Ok so there are a few pros and cons but there were no reviews when I bought it so I figured I might as well. It’s oversized, love that, it’s a great color and texture, seems sturdy like the cushions won’t go flat in 6 months, it’s just an overall great couch for families who are going to be hanging out together! Cons: the pillows, back cushions, all that, are not velcro so they’re a mess all the time and the way it is held together and transitioned into other configurations is by rubber bands on the feet! That’s whack and a pain! But that’s it, I guess we just won’t move it a lot. Overall seems great quality!

The quality seems reasonable but does NOT come with back cushions , which all pictures and promotions appeared to feature. I hate misleading advertising! Consumers should not be forced to read cryptic small print to know what they're getting. I thought Sam's was more trustworthy and reputable than that. It's a $700 sofa, maybe $50 ottoman at best.

We wanted to love this couch (bought in linen). The material does NOT hold up and is piling (has all the little balls all over it). It is not familiar friendly and stains are hard to remove. It has become an eye sore and is fairly new. Don't buy unless you rarely use it, because it's more for looks/staging.

When setting this up we realized it is about 3 inches shorter than listed but no biggie. Would not call this stain resistant and kid/pet friendly as described though. My son had slightly dirty hands as any toddler would and has already left a stain in one day.

Really wanted to love this couch, however that is the complete opposite. The couch is only 4 months old and the fabric has lots of pilling, and the cushions are breaking down. I contacted Sams club, and the option is to return the couch for a refund, or contact the company for replacements. Seems inconvenient all the way around. Don’t waste your money on this one.

Some pieces of the couch is heavy. Like the ottoman and the two ends. When I opened the box it didn’t have enough legs for all the couch pieces. I was short 4 legs. Also when carrying the ottoman on its side the storage cover pops up. It’s a comfortable couch. We love sitting on it. Need to fluff the back pillows after sitting for a long time. I hope this couch will last me some time.

The couch is beautiful and very comfortable! Moving the box and getting it out is a pain! It’s so heavy so you definitely will need a couple guys to help! The only problem I have with this couch is the pilling! We have only had this for one month and the cushions are starting pill! I wouldn’t say this couch is super pet friendly!

Received many color cushions to go with the linen modular sofa I ordered. Once I contact customer support I was told the replacement cushions that were meant for my sofa were not in stock and it could be 2-3 months before a replacement is shipped out. I was offered 20% off the total purchase price as an option, but would be keeping the discolored cushions if I went this route. I believe I should be given a discount and provided a replacement just for the hassle, but i guess a happy customer isn’t the end goal here. I am displeased with the support provided to me considering I am a new Sam’s Club Member. I opted for the premium membership to the club, hoping to to avoid receiving “basic” care while shopping. Not a good look as a company Sam’s Club please treat your members better.

We received the couch via delivery and found the front panel of the center chair is bent inward. I contacted Sam’s via phone and was asked to send photos. It has now been 3 weeks. I have requested a replacement of the center chair only. The last notice from Sam’s was a request for our information followed by a notice of closure with no resolution. I will be reporting to the BBB.

The couch came in one huge box. It says box 1 of 1 on the box. HOWEVER it was missing all of the back and side cushions and legs. There was not even room in the box for it to fix. Impossible that it came in any box. If you order this couch I believe with my whole heart you will also be missing couch cushions. I contacted support, they have yet sent confirmation they will send the missing pieces. Very sad. Other that half the couch is missing... I really like it. I loved the flood model
