I was not planning on writing this review but see now this happened to someone else so it may be helpful to others. I ordered two modular couches in the color Linen and they we’re delivered yesterday. We unboxed one and had everything brought in. Keep in mind these are 250 lb boxes. I thought to myself this doesn’t look like the correct color but maybe it’s just darker in person. I double checked the first box and confirmed it was the color linen. So we got to the second box and then realized it didn’t match the first one, this box was also marked linen. I called customer support and they were less than helpful. They offered me $150 for the inconvenience only for me to find out later that it was not a credit but “an early refund”. After 2 hours on the phone with the less than helpful representative who let me know they were unsure when the incorrect couch could even be picked back up, they offered another $150 to bring it back to the store. After 2 hours working with the kindest member services man in person and the least helpful again rep on the phone they again said oh never mind this was just meant to be an early refund. The icing on the cake was I simply asked for the correct product I purchased to be delivered to me and the rep said it wouldn’t be back in stock until 4/17 and he had checked everywhere and no he wouldn’t notify me when it was back “just look then” (so helpful when it was their fault) …. I found it in stock yesterday! I am truly baffled and underwhelmed by this entire experience as a Sam’s Club Plus member.

This couch is very nice, the color is amazing along with the amount of space. I'm not a fan of the stiffness of the cushions or the low back, but I am in love with the ottoman. The ottoman has a lot of storage space and could be used for practically anything. Overall this couch would look amazing in any home as the color is pretty complimentary with any aesthetic.

The couch is beautiful and very comfortable! Moving the box and getting it out is a pain! It’s so heavy so you definitely will need a couple guys to help! The only problem I have with this couch is the pilling! We have only had this for one month and the cushions are starting pill! I wouldn’t say this couch is super pet friendly!

We wanted to love this couch (bought in linen). The material does NOT hold up and is piling (has all the little balls all over it). It is not familiar friendly and stains are hard to remove. It has become an eye sore and is fairly new. Don't buy unless you rarely use it, because it's more for looks/staging.

Horrible quality. Barely have used this sofa as it is in a second home and ready for the garbage. Fabric has pilled and pillows have no shape and are very uncomfortable. Pillows have flattened out and are very soft, have used this sofa only a handful of times Definitely to do not recommend. Ready for the garbage after only a few uses.

I got this couch in grey and it is the perfect color and style! It’s comfy. I have a toddler and when he spills something, it just sits on the fabric. It doesn’t soak into the fabric. The ottoman is really nice. It has lots of storage space in it. It’s super comfy. It’s not too grey either. Neutrals/tans go well with it.

Received many color cushions to go with the linen modular sofa I ordered. Once I contact customer support I was told the replacement cushions that were meant for my sofa were not in stock and it could be 2-3 months before a replacement is shipped out. I was offered 20% off the total purchase price as an option, but would be keeping the discolored cushions if I went this route. I believe I should be given a discount and provided a replacement just for the hassle, but i guess a happy customer isn’t the end goal here. I am displeased with the support provided to me considering I am a new Sam’s Club Member. I opted for the premium membership to the club, hoping to to avoid receiving “basic” care while shopping. Not a good look as a company Sam’s Club please treat your members better.

The couch came in one huge box. It says box 1 of 1 on the box. HOWEVER it was missing all of the back and side cushions and legs. There was not even room in the box for it to fix. Impossible that it came in any box. If you order this couch I believe with my whole heart you will also be missing couch cushions. I contacted support, they have yet sent confirmation they will send the missing pieces. Very sad. Other that half the couch is missing... I really like it. I loved the flood model

DO NOT BUY FROM THE COMPANY THAT MAKES THIS PRODUCT! Rented a truck and picked up this heavy sofa and the back and side pillows were not with the couch. No, they are not in the zippered compartment. I am on hold now for over 45 minutes. They think they know what I have. I now have to rent another truck to return this. I should have listened to the reviews!!

I don't normally write reviews but we haven't had a couch in a while because our living room is oddly shaped when we moved into the house and we had the two seater couch and two recliners and it's just rectangular and it's odd shaped so this year my mom bought us a couch for Christmas for an early present and gave us this couch now me being silly I thought they forgot to package the couch cushions but I found out that the couch cushions are underneath the zipper under each individual section just check underneath the section and there should be a big zipper of the couch cushions are under there I hope this helps me because I definitely had to email them and ask and I felt very silly afterwards haha
