I shopped for sofas for weeks, literally. This sofa is very high quality. It is made well, has high quality fabric, the modular pieces are perfect for putting together or using individually, the color is perfect, the price is perfect, and the shipping process was very user friendly.

The modular fabric sofa with ottoman is a versatile and stylish addition to any living space. Its soft yet durable fabric provides comfort while maintaining a modern aesthetic. The included ottoman adds extra functionality, serving as a footrest, storage, additional seating, or even a coffee table with a tray. the cushions are detached. Overall, this sofa is a great choice for those looking for flexibility, comfort, and contemporary style in their home.

I love it. I can change it to any configurations that I want. Or do it separately like 2 chaise, a sofa, a bed, and a sectional.

Love! The blue is definitely blue. Feel like very good quality. Vacuums nicely. Cushions are firm when you first unpack it but breaks in quickly. We bought two and made a nice large sectional.

Received many color cushions to go with the linen modular sofa I ordered. Once I contact customer support I was told the replacement cushions that were meant for my sofa were not in stock and it could be 2-3 months before a replacement is shipped out. I was offered 20% off the total purchase price as an option, but would be keeping the discolored cushions if I went this route. I believe I should be given a discount and provided a replacement just for the hassle, but i guess a happy customer isn’t the end goal here. I am displeased with the support provided to me considering I am a new Sam’s Club Member. I opted for the premium membership to the club, hoping to to avoid receiving “basic” care while shopping. Not a good look as a company Sam’s Club please treat your members better.

The couch is beautiful and very comfortable! Moving the box and getting it out is a pain! It’s so heavy so you definitely will need a couple guys to help! The only problem I have with this couch is the pilling! We have only had this for one month and the cushions are starting pill! I wouldn’t say this couch is super pet friendly!

We wanted to love this couch (bought in linen). The material does NOT hold up and is piling (has all the little balls all over it). It is not familiar friendly and stains are hard to remove. It has become an eye sore and is fairly new. Don't buy unless you rarely use it, because it's more for looks/staging.

The quality seems reasonable but does NOT come with back cushions , which all pictures and promotions appeared to feature. I hate misleading advertising! Consumers should not be forced to read cryptic small print to know what they're getting. I thought Sam's was more trustworthy and reputable than that. It's a $700 sofa, maybe $50 ottoman at best.

I bought this couch in the off white color. I keep the cushions covered by a blanket 90% of the time, it’s RARELY used and after about 4 months of use, it is already pilling and the cushions are losing their shape. Save your time and money and find a different couch. Super bummed. My other couch from Sam’s club is almost 5 years old and is in better shape.

The couch came in one huge box. It says box 1 of 1 on the box. HOWEVER it was missing all of the back and side cushions and legs. There was not even room in the box for it to fix. Impossible that it came in any box. If you order this couch I believe with my whole heart you will also be missing couch cushions. I contacted support, they have yet sent confirmation they will send the missing pieces. Very sad. Other that half the couch is missing... I really like it. I loved the flood model
