It did the job, it just I thought it was going to be a soft ice & it wasn't.

On, Off switch broke the 2nd time I used the machine, very poor quality. I rewired it direct so it will work, but still does a very poor job of grinding ice

Works great but sometimes you have to rearrange the ice cubes to get it to shave. But otherwise it is fast and makes great snow-cones. I bought skinny syrup for a calorie free snack!

This little machine works great, so far. I don’t think it’s going to operate for long periods of time because it may over heat, but for a family of 6 it was fine.

My 10yr loves it… and so does the rest of the family. Fast and easy to use. Clean up is a breeze. Not a fine as Hawaiian shaved ice but still great. Plus can’t go wrong with the price.

This thing is horrible. I had a Hawaiian Ice previously. It lasted thru 10y of heavy use This machine has same design but all it does is spin spin spin the ice never catches the blade. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE you have been warned

My kids really enjoyed the shaved ice maker this summer. Good quality! Did the job. Makes an ice cube tray of shaved ice go a long way. Very easy to use! Enjoyable treat!

I love the ease of use and it is so compact it be used and stored anywhere without taking up a lot of space. The children love it because they don't have to wait for someone to make one of their favorite treats,they can make it themselves.

This arrived and wouldn’t work - no sound, nothing. I contacted Dash right away, now over a week ago, and there has been no response. So at this point I am out of the purchase price and tax.

Make sure you know where they have snow cone syrup in stock. I bought for my grandkids and my daughter hasn’t been able to use it yet since unable to find the snow cone syrup!
