This is my 3rd shaved ice machine, and I love the dash brand! I've been through plenty of different ones but dash isn't far the fastest, and smoothest one BUT the little corner piece that screws the plastic in place ALWAYSSSS breaks and makes the machine un workable . The first one didn't even last a few months, this last time I purchased it in the end of January and now it is the first week of May and guess what? The middle part broke in the middle of me making ice. Now, I do use this machine religiously every single day but only to last 3 months??? It's crazy.

The ice is shaved like it should be, however I have trouble getting the ice cubes to fall down into the chute to be shaved! I made the strawberry juice topping from the recipe book for our granddaughter. It was delicious! I've even poured margarita mix over the shaved ice! Yummm!

It did the job, it just I thought it was going to be a soft ice & it wasn't.

I love the ease of use and it is so compact it be used and stored anywhere without taking up a lot of space. The children love it because they don't have to wait for someone to make one of their favorite treats,they can make it themselves.

This arrived and wouldn’t work - no sound, nothing. I contacted Dash right away, now over a week ago, and there has been no response. So at this point I am out of the purchase price and tax.

On, Off switch broke the 2nd time I used the machine, very poor quality. I rewired it direct so it will work, but still does a very poor job of grinding ice

Works great but sometimes you have to rearrange the ice cubes to get it to shave. But otherwise it is fast and makes great snow-cones. I bought skinny syrup for a calorie free snack!

My 10yr loves it… and so does the rest of the family. Fast and easy to use. Clean up is a breeze. Not a fine as Hawaiian shaved ice but still great. Plus can’t go wrong with the price.

Bought this for my great grandkids and they love it. Of course their mom makes the snow cones for them as it can be dangerous if not used properly. It's very easy and quick and only uses ice cubes! Very neat.

Make sure you know where they have snow cone syrup in stock. I bought for my grandkids and my daughter hasn’t been able to use it yet since unable to find the snow cone syrup!
