Very poor quality. It made very little shaved ice in 5 minutes.

We purchased this item to make shaved ice for Halo Halo.

Very quick and easy to use. I use this every day for making a great slushy ice snack with some fruit on the top for the hot Summer in Texas!

Didn't even work when first tried it. Have to send this one back to get another. They were to send how to do this return and we are still waiting for the instructions going on two weeks.

I could never get it to work. Took it to my neighbor, thinking maybe it was the type of ice I had. Both of us tried it for a long time. Never worked. Threw it in the trash.

This was a good product but it is slow. You can only run for 2 minutes at a time. Used regular ice cubes which was nice. I bought a bit more expensive model and gave this to my grandson.

I've only used it once - a bit messy (I held a sheet of parchment around the area as the ice was flying all over the place. The blades are plastic, so I'm concerned about how long it will last or if the blades will break into my shaved ice.

I was excited to get this for my grand children. Tried it today and it is pretty much worthless. I used crushed ice and let it sit and it kept jamming. Probably will never use it again.

This is a great little item. Perfect for this hot weather. Use with plain ice, a soda or snow cone syrup. It is even good with strawberry or chocolate flavored milk.

It Didn't work. It wouldn't even turn on. I ordered it online and it was delivered. I tried it and ...notihing. I hope I just got the only one that doesn't work. Now I have to go into a store to return it. :(
