Make sure you know where they have snow cone syrup in stock. I bought for my grandkids and my daughter hasn’t been able to use it yet since unable to find the snow cone syrup!

On, Off switch broke the 2nd time I used the machine, very poor quality. I rewired it direct so it will work, but still does a very poor job of grinding ice

I love the ease of use and it is so compact it be used and stored anywhere without taking up a lot of space. The children love it because they don't have to wait for someone to make one of their favorite treats,they can make it themselves.

Followed direction and began to "shave" ice. What a joke! The ice barely hits the blade. The thing spins and spins - after several attempts and rearranging the ice I got about a 1/4 cup of shaved ice. By the time I got more of the cubes shave, the bit of shaved ice I had already melted. Very disappointed. Sam's Club shipped it via FedEx and that made the whole situation that much worse - it was over a week late..

Makes pretty good shaved ice. Actually too good. A little thin.

Great for making sno-cones

Cheaply made. Internal fan on motor burned hole on machine when plugged in for the first time. Threw the machines away.

Came with the cracks in plastic bowl. Tried it out anyway and the motor has a burning smell and after a minute it just stopped shaving the ice.
