Like the beet chews. Not sure how well they're working. Tried the powder with water, wasn't as good. I m just not sure on results.

I do believe the crystals have increased my exercise capacity. The berry favor is not my favorite, but tolerable.

I've never liked beets. The taste, even the smell made me gag, but the gummies are delicious and I have no problem taking them.

I’ve been taking them for some time. In my first bag of three, from my last order, many of the gummies are too hard to chew.
