The Humann app makes it simple to order and I love my beet chews. They taste so good as well as benefitting my brain and heart.

Have been taking the chews for three months now and play to continue. Taste great and look forward to both chews during the day.

It made by heartbeat erratic. It would be normal then jump up to the 140s then go back to normal. It did not matter if I was active or at rest.

To be honest, didn't notice much if any change in energy or anything. Taste good though. Too expensive for what you get.
