I have not taken this supplement long enough to see the results or effects it will have on my overall health.

Almost like eating a little chewy piece of candy/ I have to remember to only eat two because they are so tasty!

Mixed with something else is better for me . Not a big fan of beets however I know it’s a good healthy vegetable.
