The taste is kinda like chewing cardboard. Haven't took it long enough to base an option on it's benefits. Hard for me to recommend the product yet.

Great products, you can almost tell the difference shortly after taking them. It's easy to get them in, no mixing or shaking. Amazing !

I like the berry flavor, but received the black cherry flavor instead, which is not tasty. Haven't used it since.

They are very tasty and have a good texture. And even with the sugar, the beats are a healthy candy.

We loved the chews...but they were a little costly for our budget. Thank you again. Maybe we can try them again one day
