Ive used the powder and I think its more effective. The chews are good and a lot easier to eat so Im staying with the chews. If you have the patience to stir the powder everyday i suggest using that

Took too long to get shipment 13 days, for a perishable product in my opinion it's too long, product seems to be OK but I have had an issue with unopened containers going bad before

Great for management of my high blood preasure. Helps bringt it down when it is not quite where I want it to be. I use it as a supplement to my medication.

i've taken it for a month now and am not sure i notice a difference. i do know i need to use the sugar free ones next order because my sugar numbers went up and i can't afford to let that happen.
