I don't really love the taste, it's a bit sweet for me but like the giant helping of nutrition I'm getting and I do feel better after just a week on them.

Seems to give me a mild boost while exercising. It also has the side effect of making my skin more sensitive. Almost itchy. I will Still use it as that won't deter me. I'm sure that's just a €˜me' problem.

I was skeptical at first, but I found I have more energy after taking the chews. I take one in the morning and the second mid afternoon. They keep me going all day.

I don’t know exactly what they’re doing, but if I forget to take them, for some odd reason, I feel it. I try never to miss taking them. I leave bags at people’s homes that I visit often.

I no longer need as many afternoon naps and feel healthy my skin has looked less puffy around my eyes and lost some weight. I dont crave as much snacks.

Easy to take I followed the directions on taking the chewy's and I also take know only the powder. Give it more of a thumbs up later. Did blood work last week doctor was really pleased on my results.
