The only flour we use for baking bread, and we bake a lot of bread

The box was thrown on my front porch. My flour was busted open. I have contacted you. No one has reimbursed me.

Consistent gluten levels make for reliably consistent chew. Blends well with other flours. My only wish is that my local Sam's carried this.

How do I rate a product that you never sent. I place two orders for shipping in each one was canceled. Get your crap together.

I luv KA flour and am glad to see it here. I am surprised that it is only a 10lb bag rather than the 12lber available elsewhere...

Buy it in 5# bags at Walmart. At the time of this posting the 5# bag is less than half the cost of this 10# bag. KA flour is the absolute best for homemade sourdough bread and pizza crust, imo, but i didnt find this item to be a bargain.
