Bag burst open during shipment, and flour was ruined. Why was there no packing material in the box? Reading through comments, I think that it probably always bursts the bag. I hate to give a one-star review, because the flour deserves a five star review.

This was the second time I ordered King Arthur flour and this is the second time it was opened and I lost about one fourth this time. The company should use more glue or a stronger glue so it would not open when shipped. Love King Arthur but I would like to get what I paid for.
