I ALWAYS buy Quilted Northeren Ultra Plush so I was upset to get this pack of rough tissue. I don't know if this is a cost saving measure, but I'm disappointed.

I’ve been buying quilted northern ultra plush 3 layers for as long as I can remember, because of how soft and luxurious it felt. Unfortunately, the rolls I’ve been getting seem to have diminished in quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried other brands and this is most definitely the best. Others are too thin and not soft. Northern is just right.
