I've purchased worse name brand toilet paper and I have purchased better. Northern is okay. As crazy as this is I won't purchase it again because I can't stand their commercial. We quilt this city...give me a break! I hate it when companies use rock songs for their products. Use your imagination. Any idiot can slap a song on a product. Be unique. I was a kid in the 60's. There were memorable tv commercials back then. Yours suck!

I had been buying the Ultra Plush for years and couldn't have been happier with the 3 ply greatness it delivered. My last purchase over a year ago was my LAST purchase. There were only 2 plies! This was probably late 2018 and since I buy in bulk, I thought maybe it was a bad batch. I bought another bulk supply in 2019 and it was 2 ply again! Quality means a lot to me and my trust was gone. If I'm just buying 2 ply tp, I can get better elsewhere and for less. I had to wait for my supply to be finished and have now switched to another brand.

I know marketing thinks we are all morons but seriously... we built this city on a coffee roll? If you are going to use am anthem, at least get someone who can sing it clearly? I think it's a fine product but this ad has to go. Now. Please? And I have purchased nothing in your list below. You want me to lie? OK Done.

I have bought Northern Ultra Plush for years. It was quilted and very soft. Even though it cost more, it was worth it for the quality. I was disappointed when they discontinued the double rolls and had to look elsewhere for something to fit. I recently came back to this and expected it to be the same - not even close. Yes there are 3 layers but you will be hard pressed to find them they are so thin. This is no longer quilted and it's not that soft. Many other brands are nicer at only 2-ply. The new narrower size doesn't even cover my hand. This is just sad.

Got these because they "name brand" & on sale, granted there's 10 less rolls then Members Mark package l figured that the more sheets per roll would make up for some of that & figured 3 ply & more sheets per roll should equal using less... in comparison to the Members Mark brand. WRONG way way WRONG! The rolls are ½ an inch narrower in width. The paper is not 3 ply...two ply one layer may be a smidge thicker but not by much... don't waste your money. The men in my house are mad at me...lol. Never again not so great northern.

Very plush and durable too. A little really goes a long way. I had to ask the brand and kind and was a little embarrassed to do so but I'm glad I asked. Great stuff!

My focus was price and convenience especially when it come to toilet tissue. In the last ten years or so, I am converted to Quilted Northern Ultra Plush. Softness and strength are qualities that can and should go together in my toilet paper.
