[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with this refrigerator. It it so spacious. The drawers are huge. You can fit so much in it. It has a sleek design with so much capacity. I couldn't believe that Samsung designed such a remarkable refrigerator. You can get lost in there. Easily it can fit 3 months worth of groceries. One thing that I am in love with is the SmartThings App feature. You can regulate your refrigerator from your phone. You are in control, also I am able to see all my appliances through one app which is so great. I can control the temperature remotely. I can see what's in my refrigerator. I like that I get a message if my daughter leaves the refrigerator open for too long and that I don't see her hand prints on my refrigerator. No other brand is like that. The freezer is really powerful, you can refreeze frozen ice-cream in seconds. My daughters loves ice-cream and always leaves it outside, but now it's not a problem anymore. What else can I say but simply a great investment and I am one very happy Mom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this in March and July it quit cooling, took 18 days to get it repaired which has lasted 12 days. I am currently waiting to hear when my new refrigerator will be delivered. I really don't think they care if I am satisfied or not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is the same size my old one was, but it seems like it holds a lot more items. I love the shelf that folds back under itself to fit larger items under. We had some issues getting the fridge set up, but I think it was the installer, not the fridge. The water dispencer was leaking very slowly. We checked the level on the fridge and got it level and the leaking stopped. Love the 4 different ice types that this comes with. The ice dispencer on the door likes to make a little bit of a mess when you do the crushed ice, but I haven't seen another that doesn't, so I'm not going to mark it down for that. The freezer came to temperature very quickly, the fridge was a little slower, but it did a good job also. It started making ice as soon as it came to temperature, and it's been kicking it out since. The ice is clear and tastes good. The filter is one of the best I've had. The water tastes great! The doors hold a lot more things than my old fridge did also.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our Samsung refrigerator 6 weeks now, with no issues. Only wish there was an actual operating manual that came with it. I'm old school and would rather look at a manual in my hands rather than searching on the computer. Much quieter than our old one, other than ice dropping. Plenty of room also. The delivery went very smoothly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gorgeous unit. plenty of room and can hold a case of beverage and have plenty of room for food. the door bins have room for gallon containers and easily hold all the condiments, salad dressing and containers the need to be kept refrigerated. the stainless steel finish is beautiful and the freezer plenty of room for meet and frozen meals. the ice maker makes 4 styles of ice which is great for entertaining and the water dispenses nice and cold and the ice dispenser ice keeps it nice in cold in my water decanter. the Samsung Smarthing app is great. it enables me to monitor the temperature and ice maker and turn the ice maker on or off as well as temperature control remotely

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like the fridge but there are a few issues that are a bit bothersome: 1 - it dents really easily 2 - we had one issue where the fridge compressor was frozen and we had to empty the entire fridge and defrost it for it to start working again. We've never had this issue with the other fridges we've had in the past 3 - cleaning the bottom shelf is difficult, you cannot get under the glass which is a problem when things leak and get stuck underneath it.

One major issue that's super annoying are the doors. My left door doesn't stay open and I have to use a drawer to keep it open if I'm taking items to/from the counter, my right door opens to the point of slamming open if I let it go and neither door really closes good unless I push harder than I should for what appears to be soft close. Anyone know how to fix this? Fridge is 3 days old.

The water comes out cold. It's a smart refrigerator so it alerts me if someone in the house leaves the door open. A great buy for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my refrigerator/freezer on 05/28/24 & it was delivered on the 29th. I love it. I especially like the slide out freezer with a top shelf, everything is so handy and you don't dump the cold air every time you open it as with a door freezer. The double door refrigerator is nice too, containing the cold air, except when you have to open both doors to slide out the meat storage drawer.

WHen setting it up, it cooled quickly and the ice is great, never run out of it. 1 draw had a crack in it and Samsung took care of it immediately. It was well protected, just something that happens. Also, the "drop" shelf gives temporary space for larger/taller items
